Joe responded to my call very quickly and he was able to book time for me in an extremely reasonable time frame. He is very knowledgeable, focused on the job at hand, reasonably priced and courteous as well. He will now be my "go to" repairman and I will certainly recommend him to others.

Called Joe as I previously went with another company with close to the same name. You can figure out who that is. Joe setup the appointment for the next day, called to confirm that morning and was at my house within an hour. Replaced the part at a very reasonable price that the other guys first charged $316 to attempt to fix. I will recommend to all my friends and family to give Joe a call first! If I could give Joe an 11 I would!

You have the premier expert in service repairs with an incredible track record right here. Joe is, quite frankly, the best repairman out there. Fair, honest, energetic, timely and quick to spot and solve the problem. Great rates, great consistent service. Why settle for imitators who've tried to copy the company name and asked for recommendations just to beat out the best there is? Add only his name on your contact list for all your appliance repairs. He is amazing. We're repeat clients for life.

Our clothes dryer stopped working so we needed a repairman. After checking Homestars, I decided to email Joe, "The Appliance Guy." He replied by telephone the next day and he happened to be in our area. Joe diagnosed our problem in 10 minutes and had the needed replacement part with him! He thoroughly tested the dryer and also checked that the exhaust vent was free and clear of any lint. I would recommend Joe to anyone! Fast, efficient, super-knowledgeable, polite, and his rate was more than reasonable. Joe "The Appliance Guy" gets 10 stars from us!

We have a 1984 Eaton Viking clothing dryer that was working great, but had a loud squeak to it when turning in on & a thumping noise when the dryer drum was in operation. Joseph came out to assess the repair & it wasn't bad. He replaced the drum shaft, the drive belt & lubricated it. During his service call, Joseph demonstrated a vast knowledge older appliances, especially the Eaton Viking brand, had the parts on hand, so there was not back-order delay & repaired our dryer with expertise. It's running like new now. On an added note; punctuality, communication & courtesy complement his service skills I would highly recommend "The Appliance Guy", whether you have newer appliances or older ones like we have.

Joe provides prompt, professional, personable service. He arrived when promised, revived my 20+year old dryer in record time for a reasonable price. He will be my 'go to guy' for other repair issues and I have already passed his name and number to my closest friends.

I have used Joe four times now for different appliances over the years. He is amazing - prompt, efficient and gets things fixed (some that I thought I would have to replace) quickly. He's the only one I call something goes wrong with an appliance. I highly recommend him to everyone.

We have used Joe several times before and once again, he was very prompt, very efficient and very neat. As usual he diagnosed the simple issues first which solved the problem and avoided a much more expensive repair.

Dishwasher was making a lot of noise and was not draining. Called Joe The Appliance Guy because I called him before (broken laundry machine) and was very happy with his service. Called him early in the morning, he called back within 15 minutes, and was at my door within 15 minutes. He ran the dishwasher and said that he would have to take a look inside the machine. He explained what what he was doing and what he was looking for as he was taking pieces off. From what I can tell, Joe was very methodical and thorough of his investigation into the problem. After the third piece he had found my daughter's toy inside the machine. He believed he had found the problem and he set everything back up. He ran the machine again and everything was running very well. All told it took about an hour from when I called to when he left. It took just as long to write this review because my computer screwed up. I highly recommend calling Joe if you need to get something done right. Thanks Joe

Went the extra mile and then some-- Joe did not stop until our Freezer leakage and top door handle problems were solved 100%. Will recommend to family and friends. Thanks Joe!
