When our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, I went online to look for a repair company. The Appliance Guy had so many good reviews that I decided to give him a call. I left Joe a voice mail and he returned my call within half an hour. He was at our door about an hour after that! His service was quick without seeming like he rushed through the job. I felt comfortable having Joe in the house. I'm very glad I found him, I'll be keeping his number handy!

I called on late Monday morning, Joe got back to me by that afternoon with a tentative appointment for the following day. Joe confirmed appointment by telephone the following morning. Problem quickly diagnosed and repaired within an hour. No muss, no fuss. We wiill call the a Appliance Guy for any further issues with our appliances.

We needed a quick repair on our ten year old GE refrigerator. I left a message for Joe in the evening and the next morning he replied and came over at noon to make the repair. Joe knows his business very well and gives good advice. He's very easy to work with and very reliable. We will call him again if we need any appliance repairs.

Last week I was preparing for a trip out west to visit family. I loaded up the washing machine with clothes I wanted to take with me. Fifteen minutes later I went into the laundry room and found a full flood underway. I quickly shut off the washing machine which stopped the flood but did nothing about the washing machine full of water. I called the Appliance Guy and left messages on his cell phone, land line, and then sent an email. This was at 10.00 am. Shortly before 11.00 am I got a phone call from Joe, asking for details, checking to be sure the flood had stopped, assuring me he would help me out. He explained he had another appointment scheduled but would check with them to see if he could reschedule, since I had a flood. If that was possible, he would be there within 45 minutes. If not it was not possible, I was not to worry… he would definitely find a way to reach me that day and fix the problem. True to his word, 45 minutes later there was a knock on my door. 30 minutes later the problem was resolved. Joe had quickly diagnosed the problem, emptied the washing machine, got the part needed from his truck, repaired the machine, put it through a trail run to ensure everything was fine and that was it. Everything was fixed, and I could continue with my washing. Joe was courteous, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. He also provided some very helpful advice on an upcoming purchase of a new fridge. This is a service provider you want to keep on your list. His business card has a permanent spot on our fridge door.

great service; he was fast to return my call and come for a service call. he was honest, discussed next steps clearly with me and only after getting my agreement did he proceed to fixe the appliance in one visit; he had parts in his truck so no need to order. i would recommend him.

Called Joe this afternoon and he came over after two hours. His knowledge and experience as an appliance technician are very impressive. He diagnosed my very old stove's problem and fixed it in half an hour. He tried to save for customer and found economic way to solve the problem. We also had a nice chat after. Thank you Joe and i would like to recommend him to all my friends who has the needs.

He was friendly, efficient and the price was very reasonable. We would use his service for other appliances without hesitation and we would recommend him to family and friends.

I was having some issues with my freezer having large sheets of ice from a leak somewhere, I wrote in an email message to Joe at 8:55am (on Thirsday)and he called me back within 10 minutes and set up a time to come that same day. Since Joe came everything has worked great! Don't hesitate to call Joe if you need appliance repairs. He's fast, friendly, priced reasonably and most importantly reliable and gives great service!

He called back promptly and rather than sound like a disinterested service guy, I felt the exact opposite...like he was a member of my repair team...on my side to figure out the repair steps needed to get the oven back to full function.
