    Dual skylights replacement

    The appointment for the S U crew to replace my two leaky skylights was confirmed for early April. As fate would have it, there was a thin layer of snow on my roof that morning. I called to inform Denis that his crew might have a tricky time, but was reassured that contingency plans were in place to meet whatever conditions were encountered. Sure enough, the snow gradually melted away and work was begun at precisely the scheduled time. The two installers deftly removed the damaged units, customized and painted new frames to match adjacent ceiling stucco and inserted new Velux skylights. The work continued methodically until completion. Clean-up was thorough. No issues whatsoever. Hopefully these state of the art beauties will last as long as my original aluminum units, i.e., 30 years!

    Great Service

    Brady came quickly and provided us with a quote and a promise that they could install skylights that would improve the lighting in both areas. Tina co-ordinated the installation in a timely and professional manner. The installation team arrived on time and worked quickly. They were efficient and very pleasant. The area was cleaned up and the installation looks great. The end result is that, as promised, we have skylights that provide more light than I had ever imagined. Thank you to a great team.

    Replace skylight

    Replace old skylight with more efficient unit with solar powered blind. Our skylight has the afternoon sun which provides wanted heat on cold sunny days and unfortunately heat on hot sunny summer days. The blind still allows most of the light in and blocks most of the heat out so the house stays cooler when you want it. We are very happy with the result so far. Thank you

    Removed and Replaced Skylight

    Very professional, excellent customer services. Tina handled calls and was very polite and accommodating. She was very quick to response and had excellent people skills. The crew came on time and did an excellent and finished the work on time. What was very impressive and which I hope everyone will follow is they took a photograph of before and after the work was completed and within 48 hours an email was sent thanking us for our business in which the photographs was included. They went over and above and exceeded our expectations. Thank you once again Denis - you do have an exccellent team. Nira Joseph

    Skylight, roof and ceiling repair

    Did I just get my 4x4 skylight replaced, including repair to the badly damaged interior stucco ceiling etc? Everything went so smoothly, quickly and stress-free. Consumers, look no further than Skylights Unlimited! I guarantee your faith will be restored in finding a company with integrity and amazing people. (I have had 3 other companies supposedly 'repair' my problem with total failure and not honour their 'warranty'). Let me condense some of what previous satisfied customers have said about the staff at Skylights Unlimited: Professional yet warm and pleasant; polite; courteous; accessible; knowledgeable; honest-no overselling. (Denis will say what you need yet respect your wishes if you want more). Punctual; clean; efficient; respectful of your home; job completed within timeframe...and more. Is it any wonder the company has been around for over 27 years and still maintain an excellent reputation? My genuine thanks to Denis, Tina, Goran and special thanks to Chris for going above and beyond. You all take such pride in your work. Denis, other businesses should be taking lessons from you. Now to go shout "Skylights Unlimited!" from my very steep sloping rooftop, oopps...from my Skylight!

    Skylight replacement

    We had our skylight replaced and I can honestly say that we are very happy with the product, installation and service. Felt very comfortable at our consultation, but then there was a minor issue on installation day and I am always uncomfortable when there are changes. But, Denis and his team were very professional, patient and accommodating. They took the time to ensure that we were happy with the slight modification. In the end it all worked out perfectly and the skylight looks awesome. Just love it.

    Skylight

    Skylights Unlimited just installed a 4x4 Velux Skylight above our formerly dark staircase. Our upstairs hallway is now full of light! Ed did a great job, first locating the ideal spot for the skylight and then constructing the surrounding walls to ensure maximum light exposure. Our house is a bit older (1970s) but this did not cause any problems getting the skylight in a great location. Chris did a great job covering the drywall and painting the ceiling. Skylights Unlimited did the job fairly quickly, without sacrificing workmanship and to quoted cost. They left a clean worksite every day, worked the whole day and did not cause any disruptions - my 10 month old son was able to nap peacefully. I would highly recommend anyone with a dark house get a skylight and use Skylights Unlimited.

    Skylight Replacement

    The work was done quite well. I notice the difference in changing my old skylight for a triple-glass skylight. The draft was gone and sealed. There was the smell of construction material after the first couple of rainfalls, but that went away. The only issue I had was the timing. There were too many delays and missed opportunities. I had to chase the company down for updates on when the work would be completed. Originally told the job would be done in 2-3 weeks, but it ended up taking 8 weeks. Obviously, for the good work they do, they need to hire more people; but they should set expectations that can be met.

I do appreciate your feedback, although I think you are forgetting that when you chose to upgrade to the triple glass pane skylight, it changed the timeline (compared to a standard two pane glass skylight) and the skylight took 8 weeks to be delivered to us from the manufacturer and we had told you that when we ordered the skylight. I can appreciate that as the customer you may not care why the job took as long as it did, but I think in fairness to us, the reason for the delay should be clear. Regard, Susan

    Skylight Fix

    I had a great experience with unlimited skylight. They were helpful, professional and most importantly great at their work. We had a leaky skylight for weeks and they came in and did the assessment and fixed the issue in a bit more than a week. Brady did our assessment and even helped look at another issue we had on our roof and Chime did the great work on the installation. Would definitely use these guys again.
