Reply created 16 May 2016I apologize for the way this project went. You are correct that it took much longer than it should have and that there were some issues with communication and some glass measurements. The project manager and the head glazier on this project made some errors and were poor in their communication with you. As this project started to show these issues I tried to replace both of them, but could not find somebody to come in mid-process and unfortunately you paid the price on having the project last longer than it should have. As a result, both the project manager and the glazier have been let go. Nevertheless as the owner of the company, the buck stops here and I have to take ultimate responsibility for the frustration that you went through. Despite all these issues, as the final inspection that we did together has shown, your solarium is well built and ready to stand the test of time and weather. My hope is that before long, the enjoyment and satisfaction that the solarium will bring, will outweigh the frustration of the process.

Today's skylights are more durable, more temperature efficient and an overall better quality of skylight with a 10 year guarantee.
