Skylight Installation
We were delighted with the crew, their experience, disposition and their workmanship. "Let there be light"..."Before I was in the dark, now I can see". It feels like that. The skylight has not only brightened the staircase but has also dressed up the house and it's given it a touch of elegance. My vitamin D is guaranteed too. I made the right decision. Skylight installation
Our old, leaky improperly installed skylight was removed and a new, water tight skylight installed. A minor issue with the installation was satisfactorily resolved in only a few days. We experienced rain for the first time this morning and were happy to have no water on our kitchen floor for the first time after a storm.

Skylight replacement
I had been dealing with a leaking skylight throughout the year and got used to having a bucket in the hallway for when a storm was upon us. Not being the owner at the time of the installation, I found out the skylight was at least 10 years old through a neighbor. I had called a roofing company to take a look at it but they said that sealing the crack would be sufficient and the job is too small for them to handle and it call a general contractor. I put it off but did notice the crack getting bigger and knew something had to be done. I found Skylights unlimited and gave them a call. They came over, went on top of my roof and told me it needed to be replaced. In their estimate, they provided me with an updated skylight and would create a slope during the installation to make leakages and puddling less likely. Waiting for the skylight to be ordered unfortunately took the longest and was the delay but I didn't expect them to carry inventory so I knew I had to be patient. Luckily, the skylight arrived before my big summer trip and it got installed over the course of a few hours in the day. Being a north-fronting house, we normally don't get a lot of natural sunlight but the new skylight makes the hallway a lot brighter during the day.

Skylight installation
Susan, I just wanted to contact you to thank you for the wonderful job that Skylights Unlimited did on installation of the 2 skylights in our bathroom. new skylight installation
Few years ago, when my wife and I saw the skylights in an open house, we made a decison that we would have one installed at our own house. Thanks to Skylights Unlimited for making it happen. Denis provided me valuable advise and a quote of reasonable price. Tina coordinate the whole work. Eddo and Chirs, both professionals completed the whole project in 3 days. The skylight is installed perfectly and sun light can reach the basement directly. It is exactly what my wife and I dream of. I would recommend skylights unlimited to my friends with no double. Great job and well done.

Skylight replacement
We just replaced a small skylight on the main floor so it was relatively simple. They did a good job. Cost was slightly higher than we wanted but the job got done and skylight looks great.

Skylight Replacement
Like to really thank Skylights Unlimited for the job well done with my skylight replacement from start to end. After my initial call, Denis the owner of the company, showed up promptly to take a look at my existing leaking skylight. He took pictures to show me the problem and when we sat down he advised me that my skylight was about 25 years old and needed a replacement. Further he told me that the new Velux type skylight would in the long run save me money in the cold winter and hot summer because unlike the old acrylic one, the new one would be a lot more efficient. I immediately felt comfortable with his advices, and the information he gave to me. Once I signed the contract which was the same day on June the 8, two days later June 10 in the afternoon, I had my skylight replaced. The two man crew Goran and Chime arrived on time and they were very professional and polite. I was very impressed with their skills and the answers to all my questions. One other thing I was very happy and like to mention. I am retired and close to 70 years old. Very afraid of heights so I could not possibly go on the roof to check the work done. Goran and Chime took pictures with their cell phone of all the work phased of the removal of the existing and the installation of the new one. The next day Tina sent all the pictures taken to me via e-mail for my record and file. In summary, I am very happy with the job well done. We had quite a bit of rain lately and so far not even one minute drop came in. That gives me peace of mind. Additionally, I can fully trust that if anything goes wrong, I can count on the written guarantee of 20 years on the glass seal and 10 years on the installation and material. After all Skylights Unlimited has been in business for so many, many years. I am so happy that I even recommended Skylights Unlimited to a friend who lives one street north of me and will continue to refer to other family and friends I talk to. Job well done. Skylight Installation
My apologies for the delay in our feedback, just such a busy time of year.... We would love to give you guys a 10 rating. We were very happy with the initial visit from Denis and his colleague the day they provided us with the quote. My wife and I wanted to thank Skylights Unlimited for the incredible job Ed and Chris did for us in the installation and finishing of our skylight.. Both Ed and Chris were remarkable in their workmanship and professionalism. We would like them assigned back to us when we get around to doing our next skylight....soon.
