    skylight installation

    We are very pleased with Skylights Unlimited Inc. They sure live up to their Leak Proof Sunshine slogan. Three separate contracts with Skylights Unlimited Inc since last November says it all. If you want hassle free workmanship and leak proof sunshine, look no further. Don’t waste your time shopping around, take it from us, go straight to Skylight Unlimited. Ed is the best in the field. He would take time to explain to us how everything is done and we had him back to our house three separate occasions for a total of one skylight, five sun tunnels and two MAXIMUM vents - 100% satisfaction each time. Denis was also great to deal with - no fuss pricing and very responsive. If we had more space on the roof, we would have them back again - unfortunately we are running out of places for more openings on our roof. We love the sunshine in our house. We also love what the MAXIMUM vents do for our heating and cooling. The past winter was super cold however our house remained comfortable without having to turn up the heat. Prior to installing the MAXIMUM vents, we had those turning wheels that did nothing. In winter time we could literally feel the chilly air coming down our spines whenever we worked from the second floor home office. We sure noticed a difference after we had the MAXIMUM vents installed just before the brutal winter settled upon us - no more chilled spines and chilly days and nights. We no longer had to layer up just to keep warm without having the furnace running non-stop. The vents are great during the hot days - no longer two seasons between the first and second floors. Now we can walk comfortably to the second floor without noticing the change in temperature. All in all, we are simply happy with what we have and the great work Skylights Unlimited did. We would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know. Thanks, Kathy.

    Skylight Replacement

    The guys arrived on time as committed. They were extremely courteous. We have very high skylights with a steep roof. They assessed the best way to access the skylights with the least disruption to the house. As well, I don't drive but our car was parked in the drive, at my request, they moved my car for me and parked it back when they were done. They were very respectful for the inside of the house and straightforward and accurate about the time the whole job would take. They do take credit cards but they will charge you a 3% processing fee. Cheques are free of charge.

    New Skylight Install

    I just wanted to say how happy we are with the skylight! The service was amazing! We had such a tight deadline and not only did they meet it - they actually installed the skylight earlier than expected - which is amazing!! Denis, Tina and Susan were all so helpful and great to work with and the installation crew were quick and clean! I would highly recommend them! Thanks again!

    Skylight and tunnel skylight installation

    Skylights Unlimited exceeded my expectations. Denis, who provided the original estimate, was a very helpful in describing my options. I felt I was working with a design consultant and not a salesperson. The price was great. Eddo and Chris showed up punctually and completed the work in 2 days. At the end of each day the kitchen and bathroom were left spotless. Pictures from inside the attic and from the top were emailed to me. I had no idea a skylight could lighten up a space, and transform the mood of my little 1952 bungalow as it did. Susan and Tina, thanks for your thoughtful follow-up. Definitely very satisfied.

    skylight

    We had our skylight replaced last month May, 2015. Dennis the (owner) is very polite and helpful. The work crew was polite and punctual. They did a very good job and the work area was cleaned up. I would recommend Skylights Unlimited Inc.to my friends.

    Skylight Installation

    I was so impressed and so grateful for the outstanding job that Ed did on my skylight. I could not have asked for a more skilled, informative and caring person to do this job. It is really wonderful to come across someone who takes such pride in their workmanship. I really appreciated the extra time taken to protect my stairs and there was virtually no clean up needed on my part. Usually when I have any work done on my home, I have an allergic reaction to dust and materials, but with this installation, I felt healthier afterwards!!! The skylight has already made a big improvement to my home. I no longer feel a draft, or excess heat coming through, it is visually lovely, and I can no longer detect a mouldy odour from that part of the ceiling, and of course....no leaking!!!     Skylight Replacement

    I have a mechanical skylight in my office which leaked over the winter and caused water damage to the interior. Denis was a great help in offering suggestions. They installed a solar powered version with blind that works well and repaired the water damage at the same time. Great job.

    Skylight Installation and Roof Venting

    We replaced two older skylights and added some additional ventilation to our attic space for. Denis and his team were professional to work with, and they did an excellent job. We would recommend Skylights Unlimited to anyone looking at adding or replacing skylights in their home.

    Skylights

    Great company and Denis was easy to work with. The installers were friendly and courteous. They did the job efficiently and we are happy with the end results. We had 10 skylights in total installed for our home & addition.

    Two Skylights

    We are returned customer and we had 3 projects done by skylight unlimited, including 4 skylight, 2 vents. We are extremely happy with the services provided by Denis' crew, especially Eddie. And i've already referred couple of friend as well.. Overall.. highly recommended for the services and will not hesitate to refer to anyone i know.. Thanks again.. David & Gilian
