I had Skylights Unlimited replace an old leaking skylight in my 3rd floor bedroom. What was readily noticable from the beginning was the professionalism with which everyone in this company handles themselves...it is a rare and beautiful thing in today's service environment. Right from the first encounter when I called to book an appointment, it was evident! Jeff arrived on time for the estimate and came well prepared with a folder including all the essentials I needed to know about the company, as well as information about Velux skylights. He took his time explaining everything about how it would be installed and followed up in a timely manner with a detailed estimate. When Goren arrived to do the installation with his assistant Chime, they were on time and very polite and considerate. As it was a third floor flat roof installation, the easiest way to access was through my home to the third floor deck and up from there. They came prepared with the bootie covers to use in the house, laid a dropcloth in the bedroom underneath the skylight opening and proceeded to execute exactly what Jeff had described for the installation. They even sent photos after it was done as its difficult to see the 3rd floor flat roof! From what I can tell, everything seems to be perfect! This is a company that I would highly recommend to anyone and I will definitely be using them again when replacing the rest of the skylights in my home.
