    Two skylights

    Great experience with these guys overall. I found them as certified installers of Velux on the manufacture website and I was really impressed with how they did things. From sales and the quote to the actual install. They took their time looking through all the options, recommended solutions for the inside finish and I kept a close eye on the installers. We had skylights already, but they were leaking a bit, there was no insulation around the frame, they just weren't properly put in. How these guys installed things was quite different. I was impressed. They built a whole frame, levelled everything, put foam insulation, metal frame and then the skylight was just mounted on top. Excellent work!

    Skylight replacement

    Skylights unlimited replaced our skylight in 2008 and did an excellent job. Just this week a crack appeared in the ceiling below. I was amazed that Jeff came to see what was wrong the same day, even after 5 years of the installation. Although it turns out the skylight was not leaking, but a vent a contractor had installed after a recent kitchen renovation was the culprit. Jeff patched what he could and made recommendations on what repair work is needed. This was done at no charge. Skylights unlimited after service is to be commended and I highly recommend them. Note: The cost listed was for the install not the service call

    replace 2 Bubble style skylights

    I called for an estimate and it was done in a few days. Spoke to Denis on the phone about the options available and the job was completed within 10 days. Installers were very professional, did a great job and the work area was spotless on their departure. thanks

    Replacement Skylight

    Pricing was competitive and reasonable. Skylight Unlimited staff was prompt, courteous and professional. I was there personally to supervise and the workers were thorough and careful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new install, replacement or repair.

    Skylights and Sun Tunnel

    We replaced three existing plastic bubble skylights with flat glass skylights to cut down on heat buildup and improve insulation in our family room. We also had a sun tunnel installed to bring light into a dark upstairs hall. The crew arrived when expected, did the job in the time expected, and used drop cloths to protect the house and furnishings. The crew was polite and cleaned up before they left. The finished result is very good. The sun tunnel does a great job lighting up the hall. The new skylights appear to be reducing the heat gain from the sun but we won't really know how much until next summer. One unexpected but valuable benefit from the new glass skylights is less noise coming in from outside, and a dramatic reduction in noise when it rains. We are very pleased with the job and recommend Skylights Unlimited.

    Skylight Replacement

    “Skylights was very accommodating in scheduling the installation of my replacement skylight. The guys did an excellent job on the installation and the finish on the inside. They provided photographs before and after installation, an excellent idea, for my review. I would certainly recommend Skylights Unlimited.” Great work. Rating – 10.

    Skylight Replacement

    I just wanted to thank Denis and Jeff at Skylights Unlimited. I purchased a bathroom skylight from Denis in 2009 and we recently noticed some small paint bubbling on our ceiling. I called their office and got an immediate response with Jeff showing up the very next day to inspect and repair any possible areas of trouble. This is the sign of a reliable company that stands behind their product and their work. They certainly have our recommendation.

    2 New Skylights on Victorian House

    2 Velux skylights on very slanted shingled roof in Nov. 2012. We had 1 old leaky skylight so we replaced 2 old skylights with 2 new Velux Fixed Curb Mount with light block shades. The staff was punctual, clean, and efficient. The skylights have gone through a winter, spring and summer .There was a lot of rain this June. The job is well done. I was to received photos pre- and post job of new skylights & area . If they were sent, I did not get them via email.Today, I got picture of 2 skylights which I believe are the old ones. The roof is too slanted so I am not able to see the outside view. My friends and family would like to see what the new ones look like. That is the reason I gave it a 9 rating.
