In November 2011 we experienced a severe wind and rain storm and our main floor skylight (25 years old) developed a slight leak.

Denis was very knowledgeable about the existing skylight and upgrades incorporated in the replacement Velux skylight, such as the improved energy efficient "E" glass. In December your installers were on time, removed the old skylight, completed some minor preparations and repairs to the opening and installed a new Velux skylight in exactly the same location. You can not tell they were ever there. We find the room is much warmer than before and attribute this to the new superior quality of the replacement skylight.
Denis was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Your installers were courteous and respectful leaving our home, roof and grounds spotless upon completion of the replacement. Your office staff were prompt and helpful when contacted.
Denis made a special trip back to deliver us a new extended window crank later when we discovered the older one was not compatible with the new skylight.
