    Blown In insulation

    I had applied to the Home energy audit. I was approved for blown in insulation. I was completely skeptical of this program as how is anything "free" anymore. The two men who came to do the work were so professional and easy to talk to and reassured me that i would not be receiving a bill. I would highly recommend this company. \ Kelley Marchand

    Spray foamed the front porch

    Took a bit of time to set up the appointment to do the work.... few weeks actually... I guess they were backlogged... But once they are on my file, they called, me, we set it up and came within a week and did a great job!

    Floor to ceiling including joist headers

    Did a great job. They had a mechanical issue and had to come back a second time so they paid for our extra hotel stay. Can feel the difference in the basement already and it's not even winter.

    renovation

    They where prompt, courteous did a wonderful job they cleaned up after the job. Only one blemish they used my foot stool and ladder and did not clean them up. I would recommend this company

    Attic insulation and Energy Assessment

    We had had our HVAC systems upgraded and used Northern Insulation to do the assessment for the Enbridge rebates. We also topped up our attic insulation for a further rebate. The Northern team was excellent from start to finish! All went smoothly from start to finish.

    Removal and application of new attic insulation

    It all started by meeting James and Jason to acquire a quote to get the 60 years old attic insulation removed and proceed with a re-insulating our attic. Great Northern Insulation had a very competitive price, not the cheapest but the company, due to their representatives, was by far the one that inspired trust and good results. From the appraiser, the removal crew, the foam spray crew and the cellulose spray crew, everything went as planned. they showed up the day and at the time they said they would. That alone was bonus for me. They respect other people's time table. I am super happy with every steps, they left a certificate in our attic detailing exactly what and how it was done. Now I now that our home is ready for winter and that the job was done professionally. Thank GNI, I have no problem referring you to all.

    Crawl space encapsulation

    This whole project from start to finish was a great experience from the sales rep to the two young men who arrived on the appointment date to do the encapsulation. The whole process was very professional from start to finish. It’s obvious the whole staff has a complete knowledge of the whole process. The price was totally in the ballpark of the four other quotes I received and the product and service were great. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the our project. Highly recommend this company.

    Added Insulation to attic and Air seal

    I was looking for some one who can add insulation in attic and air seal for better energy performance. I got quotes from 2-3 contractors including GNI and found them reasonable in cost and ready to perform within my time lines. They have done a good job upto my satisfaction.

    Workshop

    Ceiling insulation for a 20x 24 workshop which is heated for winter use. One day job which I should have scheduled earlier, my fault, not theirs. They came, put up the cardboard and the vapour barrier and blew in fibreglass ( R 40) into the ceiling. Cleaned up, nice and neat and left. Original estimation was done within one day of my call. Great service and well executed, no complaints at all.

    Cottage Boathpuse
