    Immaculate roof and gutters

    Adanac replaced our roof and gutters for our small townhouse complex this past spring. I just want to say that I have been recommending them to everyone I know!!!! They were perfectly professional and the work was immaculate! The price was competitive and the warranty they provided shows they stand behind their work. If you want a company that is reliable, honest and has the quality and standards that you would expect for a roofing compay, Adanac is it!!

    Replaced concrete tile with fiberglass shingles

    Challenging project, handled efficiently with friendly, professional crew (Flavio, Manuel, Douglas). Quality appears to be perfect. Hard working crew finished as scheduled. Each evening (and at end of project), the cleanup was immaculate. I would happily recommend Adanac Roofing.

    Roofing

    Excellent company Project manager was excellent , no question unanswered,he was quick to respond to any questions. Everything was efficiently and quickly done very organized. Company fully insured, no liability to the customer. It is a fine tuned business, they have time are honest and the end product is excellent. I would recommend this company 110% Excellent

    Roofing Repair & Replacement

    The job involved replacing asphalt shingles on a small house and garage. The roof on the house also required repairs to the eaves and soffits. I am very satisfied with the job that Adanac did. From the beginning, when Kurt provided me with a quote and discussed various options, to the completion of the work, everything was done very professionally, as advertised. David's crew arrived early in the morning, and completed the job the following day. The crew worked efficiently and carefully, taking special care working around the landscaping, and did a great job accessing some of the trickier parts of the roof. A thorough clean-up was done after each day. The final cost came in as quoted, even though there were some unexpected complications and repair work, which, I'm sure, involved some extra work. And, most importantly, the final result looks great. I have no reservations about highly recommending Adanac for this type of work.

    Roof and gutters

    Had our roof and gutters installed about 8 years ago. No problems so far except one - one of the fascia started to rot as the end shingle (don't know to actual name of that thing) over the protruding end of fascia was a bit too short. The fascia itself was way older than our new roof. Called Dan, the owner. Exchanged a couple emails. He came in person to check the issue and a week later he sent a very nice guy Manny who fixed the problematic fascia. Happy to confirm - company indeed is staying behind their 10 years warranty. BTW, as per Manny, our roof still looks like new, so quality of materials (shingles) is also very good.

    Replacing roof and rain gutters

    For last 30 years I was working as construction inspector was dealing with hundreds contractors good,bad,average but Adanac Roofing one of the best Construction crew and management is excellent and price is right. Company not 99%,this company is 150%. Thanks,Thanks, Thanks.

    Cedar shake roof replaced with Malarkey Windsor asphalt shingles.

    Adanac was recommended by a friend. We thought the reviews were too good to be true but they weren't. Cody was excellent and everything went as planned with no delays or surprises. The work crew led by Mardo were hard working, polite and did a great job of cleaning up the site at the end of each day. We were extremely pleased with the end result and will not hesitate to recommend Adanac. John and Judy

    Excellent work and great people

    From start to finish extremely pleased with the job done. Repaired many deficiencies on old roof structure beyond our expectations. New roof looks great and peace of mind is priceless. The crew was amazing - absolutely no corners cut. Super nice guys. Would easily recommend to anyone.

    Re-roof and gutters (cedar to asphalt)

    Hardest working crew I've seen: worked from dawn to dusk to get the job done fast and well. Respected our yard and our neighbours, cleaned up everything every night, and attention to detail on the roof and gutters is remarkable. Plus: nice guys! Gutter crew came in, did their thing, got everything done in a day, also good people. We found Adanac as a referral from a neighbour, and we would happily refer them to others.

    Good-bye Ugly Red Tile Roof

    We had Adanac Roofing replace our existing tile roof with Malarkey Windsor Asphalt Shingles. It looks fantastic! Kurt responded to my inquiry with several options & quotations. He explained the different products he had quoted on, and even dropped off sample boards for us to make our final decision on the colour. JC & his crew were polite, hardworking and did an excellent job. They were on time every morning, cleaned the site at the end of every day and were very safety conscious. They worked through four of the hottest days we’ve had so far this year. This crew was the best of the best and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.
