    Roof replacement

    Flavio and his crew of three men over two days stripped off two layers of duroid shingles dumping the waste in a bin curbside. Plywood was nailed over the old strapping, underlay, flashings and vents installed. Architectural fibreglass laminate shingles fastened. The crew worked steadily, were neat tidy and courteous. Thanks guys! We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

    review for roof and gutter replacement

    Had our roof and gutter replaced by Adanac. The quote provided was fair and accurate with no hidden surprises. The workmanship was excellent. crew start early, project finishes on time. The new roof looks beautiful and we got several compliments from the neighbors. Thank you Kurt, JC and rest of the crew.

    Re & Re Residential Asphalt Shingled Roof

    ***These are the guys to hire! Roof type and repair needed/issue: full roof replacement as the existing material (Shingle granules) had come off (large intricate roof many peaks/valleys lower/upper sections) 5/5 Customer Care: Fair Pricing/Detailed no-surprises written quote, direct number company project contact (Thanks Marty - appreciate the texts Q&A/calls) 5/5 Quality Workmanship: (Installers: Wally & Dave) Full peace of mind after observing them using top grade materials, water troughs, eave diverters, synthetic underlay over the whole roof, replacing roof vents with proper sized venting and expanding attic holes accordingly to the vent specifications sealing all necessary exposed screw holes, adding flashing over the existing to tie into the siding seamlessly. Experienced Crew worked hard with craftsman style efforts. Keeping the yard/deck protected tarps, cleaning up debris daily and being extremely respectful of myself as well our neighbours. Showed up when they said they would. Operating safely (for themselves and the roof integrity with rains coming) Only doing one section at a time ensuring each was watertight before the end of the day. They thoroughly addressed ALL my trepidation questions about the weather, cleanup and installation process as a whole. (A roof is a big expense that's critically important... I honestly was a nervous "nightmarish" worried customer that they treated with the utmost respect, and kindness while patiently checking with me/and the roof to ensure all good on rain delayed days - roof remained intact and attic dry). It’s not just the right material/the right equipment/ its the installers themselves with years of experience that make a roof sound. Thank you Wally, Dave and extended Adanac team. Well done! I’m grateful for the extraordinary efforts put in on this one.     Review for roof replacement.

    We had Adanac Roofing replace our 15 year old roof and gutters. Cody was very professional and provided us a very comprehensive list of options and pricing. We upgraded our shingles and gutters and replaced the skylights as well as adding solar vents for airflow. The workers showed up when scheduled and were completed in an efficient timeline with daily cleanup. The disposal bin was removed just as the gutter installer was arriving. He was also impressive recommending a more modern looking gutter for our house. We are very happy with Adanac and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

    Cedar roof/Conversion to asphalt Malarkey Windsor shingles

    Cody was very professional, and pointed out the cost of the conversion. We set a date and because of rain delays, it took a little long as the weather wasn't cooperating in June. Overall Crew was excellent, quick and took pride in their workmanship. The crew was very organized and cleaned up was on a daily basis, as if you weren't getting your roof redone. Finally cleanup was good. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. If you are thinking of getting your roof done locally, (Walnut Grove) I highly recommend Adanac. you won't regret it. For the amount of work it takes to do a conversion from cedar to asphalt, it was well worth the money.

    Roof replacement

    Code gave me a price which he explained very clearly. The job started within two weeks and was completed on time as promised. A lot of times with a job that big, there are surprises which increases the total price. Not with Adanac, the quoted price was the final price. Nothing but good things to say about the crew. Thanks.     New roof, gutters & leaf guards by Adanac

    Adanac just finished a complete reroof of our house as well as new gutters and leaf guards. I couldn't be happier with the end product, the service or their attention to detail. Kurt, our PM was a pleasure to work with, always quick to respond and came by the site daily to inspect. David's crew, who did the install, were such hard workers! They reroofed a 4500sf home in only 3.5 days! The site was cleaned multiple times a day, and the crew were all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Adanac.

    Roof

    Just wanted to say JC's crew did a really good job replacing the roof . They were careful to not damage plants and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards .

    New roof and gutter repair

    Thanks so much to Dan, Kurt, and David with his team of installers for a terrific job on our roof. Lots of friendly care - I could almost say old-fashioned care! The installers were a super hard-working crew and had our roof completed within 3 days due to the long hours they put in. Much appreciated!

    New Roof

    Cody met with us the day after we called. He was extremely professional and explained what needed to be done and the length of time it would take. He said 2 days, it was finished in 2 days. The work began in our home 3 days after our meeting. The team, like Cody, we’re extremely professional. No loud music, no swearing and very polite. My husband and I were very impressed with the workmanship and the level of service provided. Excellent company. Highly recommended.
