    Walnut Grove

    I have had Adanac Roofing come out on several occasions to fix leaks and repair some shotty workmanship that was done on the first installation by a fly by night crew. Knowing what I know now and the workmanship that Adanac provided on my new roof, I should have called them the first time and I would not be replacing my roof after only 16 years. Adanac replaces all the flashings, vents and fixed all the areas of the roof that was not up to their roofing standards and I am very happy with their work and speed to completed the job. They worked safely and did not damage any plants or anything on my property while doing the work. They kept the worksite immaculate and after the job was complete they cleared all the debris from the roof and gutters and picked up all the nails and garbage. It was probably cleaner afterwards that it was when they started. Thanks Adanac for a great job and I would recommend them for any roofing project .

    Replace cedar shingles with asphalt composite shingles

    I believe Adanac does more roofs than anyone else on the west side (please correct me if I am wrong). If so, I can understand why! From Kurt's scoping, quotation and presentation process, through JC's crew's completion and clean up, Adanac was thoroughly transparent, time effective and professional. I wish all contractors met this standard. I don't consider this a simple job yet it was done very well including all the little details. Highlights: - JC and his crew were polite and friendly - they showed up when they said they would and worked hard throughout the entire job - they cleaned up and straightened their supplies every day - the roof looks great - we are very happy with the shingles and the selection process we went through with Kurt - Kurt showed up to check on progress and pitched in when more plywood was needed - the materials supply delivery guy was a genius delivering all the materials without damaging any vegetation or blocking the road for more than 15 minutes I'll stop there :)

    Cedar to Shingles re roofing

    We recommend Adanac without reservations. Our cedar shingles roof was showing signs of age and deterioration. We were lucky to meet Marty who provided us with a very well prepared overview of options, talked us though the process without pressure. Adanac quote was very competitive. Marty was able to allocate a team within the next 2 months and the work commenced and progressed as explained. No surprises. The work was done in a very professional manner. They were advancing by sections and at the end of each day there was a thorough cleanup. They sealed the open areas for the night, and even with some rainy days which caused a short stoppage of work, there were no leaks or other adverse events. Top quality of materials and workmanship. Soon after all was done, they also completed all the warranty paperwork. Very easy people to deal with, correct and polite. Wouldn't hesitate to contract them again.

    Cedar Roof

    This was a large complicated job and Adanac roofing did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them Kurt the project manager was great to deal with and the crew were excellent in all regards

    Excellent workmanship

    When we decided to get a new roof I phoned Adanac without getting another quote as I have known the excellent reputation they have in the roofing business. Cody showed up the next day with all the WCB info, insurance paperwork and a decision was made on the shingles we wanted installed. Within a week our roof is finished and looks fantastic. We are getting lots of compliments from our neighbours. Wally's crew were most efficient, hardworking and very tidy. We are very pleased as we knew we would be.

    New roof and gutters

    I needed a new roof and my brother From Vancouver recommended Adanac Roofing. Called Kurt and he redirected me to Cody who takes care of the Fraser Valley. All I can say is great customer service, on time, clean and excellent workmanship. New roof and gutters done in 5 days. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

    re-roof and gutters

    We needed a new roof on our house , we got some estimates but were not happy with the results I saw Adanac Roofing doing a cedar conversion around the corner from our place, I liked what I saw and Contacted Cody for an estimate. He got back to me right away and brought over an estimate,it was clear and concise. we decided to go with Adanac roofing and were not disappointed the crew was excellent, they had the roof done in 2 big days, everything cleaned up and dumpster gone. As well the gutters were done a week later in the same manner. I cannot say enough good things about Adanac Roofing they exceeded my expectations,with their superior workmanship and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company

    Cedar to Shingle Re-roof

    We chose Adanac Roofing and Gutters to complete a Cedar to Shingle re-roof on our home. The process was quick, efficient and once completed the roof and gutters brought new life to the look of the exterior of our home and we couldn't be happier.

    Replacement Roof and Gutters

    We can't say enough about the Adanac team. We reached out for a quote to replace our 30 year-old shake roof and stained white gutters and Cody had a fully detailed package for us in what seemed like no time. He met up with us in our home, walked through five options complete with addresses of example projects for each, and was very articulate. Only one other of the five firms we contacted got back to us, but we were already sold on the Malarkey Windsor shingle in Black Oak with Black Alurex gutters and we were already sold on Cody and Adanac Roofing. The team came out relatively quickly, were done in just over 4 days, and the finished product is amazing! The crew were very friendly and professional, took great care to move and protect everything around the house, and did a thorough clean-up and restoration. We couldn't be happier. The Emerald Pro warranty included in the price means we, or the next owners of our house (of course now we'll never want to move!), will never have to worry about our roof again. As a facilities manager, I am very critical when it comes to building systems and contractors. Adanac Roofing checked all of my boxes. If we could give an 11 of of 10 rating, we would!

    Roof and Gutter Replacement

    Who likes to replace a roof? Not me. But if you are looking to replace a roof and maybe do some additional upgrades you should consider Adanac. I received quotes from the majority of the local roofing companies through to the big boys that advertise all over the radio. Half of the quotes I received were just simple emails. Most of the quotes missed the fact that I wanted to get some gutter work done. Get rid of the quotes that didn't deliver what I asked for and they all magically disappeared except for Adanac. Marty met with us a number of times. He listened to our wants and our concerns. He presented us with a very fairly priced range of shingle options. Although we did end up going with the beautiful, high end shingle there was not a hard sell at any time. But we are so glad we went with the shingle we did. Looks amazing and is a huge differentiator from the standard architectural shingle. The crew that ended up coming protected the house very nicely and cleaned up at the end of each day. The workmanship was top notch. We also opted for a gutter replacement and couldn't be happier. The communication from beginning to end was spot on. Honestly, save yourself a bunch of time and go with these guys.
