    Great quality and wonderful staff

    Bought my 2nd home with Trico recently @ Crestmont. Loved the entire process and particularly how they took care of the possession and fixing the small things that needed attention. Super happy with the overall quality, staff taking care of my requirements and would highly recommend this builder for those who are looking to buy a home. I am sure you will have as much of a pleasant experience as I have had so far.

    Garage

    I had a pleasant experience working with Trico homes. They were able to finish my garage in a matter of months. The exterior and interior features match perfectly with my house. Thank you!

    House Build

    My husband and I used Trico Homes for our first house in Calgary, and our experience has been phenomenal, The prompt response, the attention to details, and the expertise is second to none. We also recommended Trico and the experience is the same.

    Town House at Crestmont

    I do not usually write many reviews but there are times that whoever receives it, deserves a clear recognition. This time I want to acknowledge the excellent work that Trico Home has done in building our house. It is beautiful, high quality and inexpensive. It is also fair to acknowledge the excellent work of the Trico teamwork, they all do their jobs very well, with courtesy, knowledge and respect. The sales team make the difference and played an important role in our purchase decision.

    New Home built by Trico Homes

    Trico Homes is the best builder to deal with, the process of building new home with Trico is so smooth and exceptional, i would recommend Trico Homes to anyone looking to build a new home.

    New home Purchase

    My husband and I recently purchased our first home in Calgary. From the day we saw the show home till the possession date everything was a smooth process. The staff were exceptional and did an amazing job. All our requests and additions were met and we received the possession before the estimated date. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend going with their homes!

    Great house purchasing experience

    Trico helped us every step of the way in purchasing our new home at Wentworth. We mortgage loan was rejected by financial institutions twice and Trico was patient enough to accept our third application and we were finally approved! Our new home is beautiful and clean. For the price we paid, I think it is a great value. We would definitely recommend Trico to anybody who is in the market looking for a new home!

    New House

    The house we got was exactly the same as the showhome we originally looked at. We are so grateful as a family for this wonderful house. It is very full of quality and looks beautiful. Previously we had a house that we lived in for many years but now we have found our dream home.

    New house

    Me and my wife liked the oxford model and decided to buy the house in last September. Trico’s is very good at understanding the customer needs and this model is a good example.We are satisfied with the final product. The customer service hasbeen exceptional and the upgrade prices were reasonable and definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice spacious family home.

    New home build

    We built our home with Trico. The process was exciting and easy. We are love our new home and would be willing to work with them again. Any issues were promptly addressed.
