    New Home

    Purchasing the home and the service up to move in was great. Put try to get the back fill in and the the yard brought to grade so you can do the landscaping is HORRIBLE. I have asked repeatedly when it will be done. Two months and they still don't know! Fire them and get someone who can do the job, it is not rocket science. They literally DO NOT CARE once you are in and paid for. No excuse why we can't have a front lawn by now rather that heaping mess of clay and gravel.

    Good experience building in sw calgary

    Good experience. Great customer service from the team. Sales manager have great attention to details. Quick response to problems. Design Center is well set for selections. Overall great experience for our new built.

    Great experience

    I bought my first home with trico and it was a great experience from the sales team to the builders, lawyers, etc. I am glad that I made the choice to use trico for my first home.

    Overall Happy!

    Overall, building with Trico was a good experience. Our home is wonderful (Oxford), however I found the communication to be quite lacking. We felt a little left astray for a lot of the project, not really knowing what to expect next, or even an idea of a possession date (without pestering). We have been moved in for over a month and are just having our driveway poured now. I also only found out once the forms were in, that there is no step poured, around the side entry for our legal basement suite. Had we been advised of this, we would have taken the opportunity to think it through and pay for this in the mortgage. This is my one major complaint, but in the scheme of things, is minor when we walk into our home each day.

    New home

    subcontractors are very unprofessional. Plumbers don’t care about your home. They will just throw away pipes and mechanical room wherever they want . They don’t care once you take possession.

    New Home In Seton

    We drove around Calgary for 6 months looking for the perfect home. Trico Homes had an absolutely amazing show home. We really enjoyed the time we spent building our first house with this builder. They made the process really simple and explained the layouts and upgrades. We are more than happy with our first home.

    New home

    I have purchased a home from Trico  and have been living in it for almost a month now. I am  so pleased and happy working with Erika and Justin . They made the process so easy and fun for our first big home purchase. They were very helpful and even return our calls . But only problem i got is with the possession, they should be little flexible with as i got some issues and requested to change in dates but Trico never did and the manager took it so long to get back to me . So the overall experience is not bad .

    New house and great experience

    It has bean a pleasure working with TricoHomes for our new townhouse in Legacy. The team of Tricohomes dealt professionally from sales to their customer care department. We are very happy with our purchase and we are glad that we choosed Tricohomes as our builder for our first home!

    New Home Purchase in Cochrane

    I bought a quick-possession house in Dec 2020 and moved in March 1, 2021 and couldn't be happier. While I didn't have to go through all of the design decisions typical with new homes, the service I have received from all of the TRICO team from the day I walked in to the show home office to the team with me on possession day and onwards, has been nothing short of stellar. TRICO firmly stands behind customer service and quality, and I have been recommending them to others and will continue to do so. You can't go wrong buying a TRICO home.
