    New House!

    Amazing experience and talented work staff. It was a pleasure to buy our first home with Trico. The team here at Trico Wentworth Pointe was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in all aspects. Our sales manager (Natalia) is amazing at her job. They were extremely helpful and nice with us all the time. We will continue to recommend Trico to all our family and friends.

    Our dream house

    My wife and I purchased a home from Trico and have been living in it for almost a month now. We are so pleased and happy working with George and Johnna. They made the process so easy and fun for our first big home purchase. All my calls or emails were answered in a not time. Any issues we have they get addressed! Our realtor recommend Trico, because of the finishing and he call "bones quality", he was right! The visit at the design center certifying this, the standard was really good quality. I’d surely recommend them to family and friends which I already have done. Thanks again Trico. We are happy in our home that we call our "Mansion" .

    New house

    We bought our new house and moved a month ago and we couldn't be any happier with the results!! We are loving our house!! Excellent quality and excellent value. All the Trico employees were really helpful and nice with us all the time.

    New Home (Front Garage) Purchase

    My wife and I purchased a home with Trico back in early 2020. We moved into our new home in fall of 2020 and after the first six months, we still fall in love with it! Everyone from the sales, design centre, build, and warranty departments were great at helping us along the way. Staff were all friendly and personal in a way that new home builds should be. As first time home owners, we felt confident in all our decisions and our final product in the end. Everything was completed with good quality. As far as new home builds go, the only issues we have had are the ones that come with new construction and seasonal changes. If we build in the future, we would certainly consider working with Trico again!

    Our New Home in Seton

    We've been so thrilled with our brand-new home in Seton. The quality and craftsmanship of the home is evident in both the interior and exterior of our place. We've also been really pleased with all Trico staff that we have dealt with. All home inspections and reviews have been taken care of properly and efficiently. Any issues have been dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you, Trico! We love our home.

    New home in Airdrie

    We purchased a Trico Show Home in Midtown, Airdrie from away. We moved in in November and have had a great experience with Trico. Sure we had a few issues, but Trico responded quickly to all our requests. The house is now our home and we thoroughly enjoy the area with proximity to everything you could ask for. The home is well built, was easy to heat this past winter, and is solid. I would not hesitate to recommend Trico to anyone looking for a new home.

    Overall great experience

    My wife and I had been searching for a home in Seton for a couple years already before we found Trico but it didn't take us long to determine they were the right fit for our needs. We walked into the showhomes and immediately were in aw. The sales staff were incredibly nice and quite knowledgeable about most things that we asked (we did have a million questions for them so KUDOS). Their homes had so many great INCLUDED design choices which is what mainly contributed to going with Trico over any other builder in the area. There were a few hiccups and a couple miscommunications a long the way but every person that we spoke with from Trico was always willing to help us find resolutions to anything that came up. I've already started recommending to my family and friends to build with Trico and will continue to do so. We are very pleased with our new home.

    Home Build

    We Love our new Right from the start with Ryan, Lindsey and Joanne we were made to feel like family. They made the whole process fun and enjoyable. And now a year later , communication with Trico is easy and everyone is so responsive to any questions thank you Clayton and Theresea.

    Trico Homes - First Time Home Buyer

    The Trico Team did an excellent job in helping me build my first home. As a young first time home buyer I was treated with respect, unlike other builders. Trico answered all of my questions quickly and gave me all relative information. For anyone buying their first home I would recommend going through Trico.
