    Happy with our new Trico Home

    As this home purchase was a Quick Possession, the Trico Team was fantastic to work with! Through the whole process their staff worked in a professional and timely manner. They also addressed any questions or concerns. Even after possession they continue to be a great help!

    Seton New Build

    My fiance and I purchased a new Monroe in Seton. Our possession date is nearing soon, and we both can't wait! George and Johnna have made the entire process for us super easy and painless. We are first time home buyers, and this was a welcome relief. We're so excited to be moving in soon! - Cam

    New build in Seton

    My wife were looking to purchase your first home. We searched all the home builder websites, and decided to go with Trico! They had best incentives for first time/new build homes! We looked at a few of their show homes and decided what we liked best! (the Rowan II model) wanted to move to a newer community, we were looking at Seton. From the second we walked in to the showhome, we were greeted with professionalism! Dealing with Devin down there is a dream! He is an absolute great guy! He walked us through the process step by step, and made sure we understood as we went. He helped us every step of the way! Once construction started Devin would still check in, and answer any questions we shot his way! The construction process started quick, and before we knew the house was done, and we were moving in! The construction manager (site supervisor) Chad is a great guy who really knows he stuff! He did things for us in the house, we would have never thought to ask! And things we were told couldn't happen, he made happen! He's awesome!! Moving in about a month ago was easy! And the warrenty department is also very friendly and easy to deal with as well! Thank you Trico!

    Love my new home

    Bought a new townhome with Trico in Seton. Process was overall pretty easy. Builders were very thorough during orientation. I would highly recommend honestly. This is my second house purchase and I definitely preferred this time around.

    New Build Purchase

    I purchased a new home in January with Trico and my experience has been nothing short of amazing so far! From the first contact at the sales center, all the way through to move-in day everyone I have spoken to or dealt with has been kind and very helpful.

    74 carringsby landing nw

    Building a house worth $691,000 under Trico Builder is a nightmare. They have a flowery words during selling but after all the transactions done you will be sorry. We have so many issues with this house during five months of ownership we found out the soap dispenser Was not properly Sealed causing the wood damaged under the sink we Called and emailed the trico and they replied very late, they sent this guy name Darren ( useless)to my place and giving feedback as our fault and it’s not under the warranty . During the turnover it was March 27,2020 they gave us a USB and this time we opened and we read that after 9 months of ownership we have to check all faucets, soap dispenser ant etc. then look the problem happened 5 months only so they should have to fix it but they refused. Second my basement walls got ice build-up and moulds. They sent this person again( but we know already when I saw his face what will be the result) . Again I’m right the next morning Cliodhna sent me an email ., And said because I’m on the process of developing my basement, condensation. They will not fix it because its not covered by the warranty. Moulds problem is about building construction my house is just 10 months old. I will not stop . I’m raising my campaign to those anyone who are planning to build or buy new house please and please don’t buy house from this builder. Daren did a thorough inspection and confirmed the poly and insulation had been lifted from the frost walls and throughout the basement due to a basement development project that was underway. The poly and insulation plays a key role in protecting your home from the effects of condensation especially during the cold snap we recently had. Mold can form if condensation presents itself when the poly and insulation is not in place. We have discussed this matter with you and explained the causes and effects. Trico has built over 10,000 homes and I can assure homebuyers that we stand behind our warranty and closely follow the Alberta New Home Warranty and the Government of Alberta Warranty.     Buying our first home

    Bought our first home through Trico this past December. From the get go, we were extremely impressed with the quality of build of Trico’s homes and the professionalism of service. We met with Natalia from Trico on our first day touring our home and she was in regular contact with us throughout the entire process- providing updates, giving us information, etc. Since taking possession, a couple of minor issues have come up (Eg. Issue with the garage door not closing), but the response time from Trico‘s warranty department has always been fantastic and an appointment is booked the same day to resolve the issue. Being a young couple buying our first home, we didn’t feel like we were always taken seriously at other builders, but Natalia and the rest of the Trico team were very professional and made the process easy. Will definitely be recommending Trico to other friends that are looking to buy soon.

    Our house is a dream come true

    Our experience building a home with Trico was wonderful. The sales team was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable and helpful. The design team really brought our ideas to life. We couldn’t be happier with our home and would recommend Trico to anyone looking to build.

    New home in Wolf Willow

    We built our new home with Trico in Wolf Willow. From the beginning until the end Shawna was super helpful and made the whole process so much easier. our overall experience was nothing but great. Everyone from the sales team, design center, site super, walk-through and warranty department have been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you very much!

    New Build Home

    We weren’t super happy with how we were handled as clients, but the home itself is beautiful. The negotiations and customer service were unpleasant before the house was officially ours, but the build quality and location is ideal.
