    New single family home

    Pleasant experience building with Trico homes. We bought in July 2020 and able to take possession in December of 2020. The process was smooth, communication was good, and the service was as expected. The builder was able to meet our pre-estimated possession date and ensured that any additional services required were scheduled for future dates. All in all a good experience as a first time home buyer.

    Home Purchase

    We purchased our home from Trico Homes sometime in August 2020. We practically loved the house upon first visit, everything about it was appealing from the spaciousness of the space, the design , the color palette, the finishing to the gadgets installed. It's easy to see the attention to detail put in by Trico Homes in building Homes. Of course I would have been happier if the home had personal outdoor parking for each unit, but definitely wasn't a deal breaker for Us :-). Keep up the great work Trico Homes!

    New Home

    Designed and built with Trico. They had a lot of choices and we were able to get the style of house and interior design that we wanted thanks to that. They also have a design studio where you go in and pick out most of your interior design. Really enjoyed the entire process and would do it again with this builder.

    First time home buyers

    As first time home buyers, Trico made our experience very seamless and pleasant. All of the team members who helped us were very knowledgable and willing to answer any and all questions that we had (and there were a lot - haha). Desirae was an amazing sales rep and she definitely made our experience of buying our first home one that we will always remember. We will definitely be recommending Trico to our friends and family!

    New House

    I would like to share my experience with Trico Homes. The quality and workman ship of my newly build house was beyond my expectations. Their customer service was exceptional and our house was handed before time. I have referred few of my friends & relatives to get their house build through Trico Homes.     We bought our Townhouse to Trico

    We bought our first home to TRICO home INC, We went to different builders before we ended up buying to TRICO. I like the simplicity, enough space for our family. The proximity to main road and stores, we love nature so we kind a consider the area. And the people who assist us and help us to decide were very nice and very competent on offering us a good price.

    Great Experience

    We built a new home with trico in late 2020. The experience was great whrn dealing with trico. The sales people were all so helpful and very responsive. We got possession of our house soomer than originally anticipated, which was awesome. We had some issues after moving im, which was expected with a new build, but trico staff have ALWAYS bern so helpful in dealing with the problems quickly and efficiently.

    New Townhouse

    It is now a year since purchasing our Trico Home and we are still very happy with our new home. We have had a couple of minor issues (as is the case with any new construction) but these have been handled by the service team in a prompt and professional manner. We continue to highly recommend the Trico team.

    First Home

    My brother and I purchased our first home from Trico a year ago and are extremely happy with everything. The sales person took the time to explain the home buying process and were able to answer any questions that we had. We have had two home walkthrus with the warranty team were all of our concerns where noted and addressed. We are both very happy with the quality of the finishes of our home. Trico is a company that I will recommend to anyone looking to buy a house, especially first time home buyers.

    New Home Purchase

    The whole Trico Team from Sales to Construction to The Design team were amazing. They made the whole experience for myself and my girlfriend very memorable. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We would recommend them to friends and family.
