    Home purchase

    We bought our beautiful home from Trico on September 2020. We received an excellent customer service from Trico Homes Okotoks area manager as well as from the whole team who assisted us during the walk through and on possesion day. As a first time home buyer, we had such a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Trico Homes.

    Wentworth Pointe

    I really glad I made the purchase of this beautiful townhouse. Natalia the sales representative, she is just excellent to deal with and always reply and answers to my questions and concerns on timely manner. Her personality is very pleasant to work with. Walter, the construction manager, really professional and easy to approach. He keeps a very clean site and deal with my issues immediately and always going for extra miles. Trico warranty is also excellent to follow up some minor defects of the new home.

    Excellent

    I was looking for my first home.I review few company everyone else some advantage and disadvantages in there respective proposals. I rejected some of them because of there locations some of them high price Trico provide us great combination of all aspects that we were looking in our first home such as price,location, design etc.

    Trico Homes in Crestmont

    We built our home this year in 2020 with many challenges due to the current situation that we are all living in. Long story short, It was a great experience. The sales associate Natalia was amazing from the beginning until the end. The only complaint that I have is after 3 weeks of living in the house the Trico's lawyer called saying that there was a mistake by the builder on my closing statement showing up with an unpaid amount of $8,912.00. What an unpleasant surprise we had and it was so stressful after all. However, putting that aside, they have an excellent service and home quality.

    New House

    One of the biggest reasons we worked with Trico Homes was because their excellent reviews and their quality of services. From day one we were sure that we had made the best decision. The experience was pleasant, the advice was excellent and the great illusion of designing our own house, there is no words. We received updates every week, and all of our concerns were answered almost immediately. we moved about a little more than a month ago, and we are really happy. Of course I recommend Trico homes.

    Happy with Trico

    We bought a home from trico just last month. Our experience was great with Henry. We walked in on a Thursday and exactly 1 week later we were placing a sold sign on our forever home! Stress free, quick and easy process. The only complaint we have was after possession...the warranty department is pretty slow and could definitely work on their response time. Othere then that all in all we are happy ad would recommend Trico.

    New Home Purchase

    My wife and I were looking for our first house to buy in Calgary, as every one else we visited few builders but nothing didn't attracted as much as TRICO Homes Gems did. I feel so fortunate that we met Justin at TRICO Homes, who helped and showed us the perfect "Home" when we were looking for a house. n few meetings and interactions it is so evident that Justin is best human, a friend, a guide and a best Area Sales Manager, he listened to all our queries and gave us understanding and solutions accordingly. I have already referred TRICO homes for more than 5 family now. I am extremely happy with the service and the relationship with TRICO homes and Justin .

    Construction/service/warranty

    I built a house with trico homes in 2020. The sales associate and area manager were amazing from start to finish. They walked us through the entire process of building a home and made us feel empowered. There were no surprises or delays as a result. Even as covid hit the world the safety measures that were put in place allowed our home to stay on schedule. The design centre was so beautiful and the associates were well educated in costs of up grades and helped us make our home beautiful. Since we have moved in the warranty and service team have been very helpful, swift and efficient. I have heard many horror stories about the process of building a home and I can’t truly say we had an amazing experience and didn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend them for your future build.

    Excellent Service and Home Quality

    We chose to build with Trico as they had a development in the desirable neighbourhood of Coach Hill. We are very pleased with both the service and home quality provided by Trico. Kelsey was exceptionally good to deal with. We enjoyed the process at the design centre, which allowed us to choose our finishings all in one place. Overall, we would highly recommend Trico.

    Trico Homes Sirocco

    We have been in our Trico home for almost 2 months and it perfect. The experience start to finish was beyond amazing .from Paul and Matt at the Sirocco sales center to Sarah at design Center to the Trico team that built our home .
