We built our beautiful home with Trico Homes in a beautiful community of Carrington. Building a home wasnt an easy process that we thought we could take on at the beginning. Especially after COVID-19 when the market was crazy and a lot of supply shortages. However, with the right homebuilder and the right people, anything is possible. Trico Homes made our home building process possible. It wasnt without some challenges. We had some challenges early on such as, securing the lot we liked, the model of the house we selected didnt fit on the lot we picked and so on.
Erica (sales manager) and David are an amazing professionals who really care about their customers need. Despite all the challenges we faced, Erica and Dave helped us navigate through the home building process from the beginning to the end. They took our concerns seriously, answered our endless questions and provided solutions to the problems that came up during early selection process and construction stags on timely manner. After the construction of our home started, they updated us the progress at every stage of the construction. We had also an opportunity to do walkthroughs which helped us envision our expectations at the end. The construction was completed on time. Before the possession date, Trico Homes connected us with Virtuo, a small company who helped us with utility setup, garbage bins, and postal key arrangement and so on with no charge (paid by Trico Homes). The orientation and possession date went very well. Everything was on time, all utilities were setup and our move was simple. Thanks to Trico Homes.
