    Amazing Craftsmanship and Unparalleled Customer Service

    I booked a pre construction hone with Trico Homes in January 2022 and got possession in February 2023. The process was very smooth from start to finish. I would like to applaud the effort by Belmont Sales Team as they sent me regular construction updates every week.The Craftsmanship is top notch and Trico makes sure that everything is flawless. For Example, the hardwood floor has been laid out perfectly, the paint is flawless etc. Home orientation was held a week before possession and it was as very detailed. Garth from service and warranty made sure that all my concerns were taken care of before possession. All the repair/maintenance work during the first year warranty period was completed in a Timely manner. Trico Homes takes pride in its work. I have recommended Trico Homes to my family and friends.

    Great experience with Trico

    We bought home from Trico home and it was a delightful experience. It's new construction home we booked in Feb 2023 and got possesion on Mar 2024. Journey was good and we got regular updates about the construction and different teams helped us in understanding every aspects of home. Construction quality is good and admired by our friend and family. Hopefully we get good service and warranty through out the warranty period. Definitely recommend Trico homes.

    Worst Builder. BUYER BEWARE.

    I do not ever recommend building with Trico homes. Dealing with them is a nightmare. Their staff are rude, condescending and dismissive. Communication with this company is non-existent. They show you one side of them to get your deposit and once received and they start building your house they could care less how they treat you. From the top down there is absolutely zero respect for their customers.

    loved our new home

    Great experience

    Happy with the service and the property

    I got this property when I was living in a different city. Trico's team were very helpful. They gave me a video tour multiple times. An Additional time was also provided to make the deposit. The orientation of the new house was very detailed. After moving to the new house I requested services multiple times (check the windows and repaint certain area). The team was very responsive. They sent the help in less than 2 days. I am currently happy with the service. I have already referred my friend.
