    Worst Customer service

    We recently bought two houses from Trico and their customer service is the worst Everyone in the office is super rude and they treat us as we did something wrong by buying house from them Especially their warranty team dont know how to speak to customers Worst ever decision of choosing them to buy house Will never recommend TRICO builders to any of my friends and family They dont listen to your problems and tend to postpone the stuff and keep on finding excuses to not fix the problems It was the worst day when I decided to chose them They should learn to treat their customers well

    New Townhouse

    I just moved into my new Trico townhouse and love it! Trico has provided excellent service... my walk through was great and they have been very attentive. I would highly recommend building with Trico Homes.

    New Home - Belmont from Trico Homes

    New build

    We were very pleased to work with Will from the showhome, he was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had throughout the whole process.

    New house Belmont

    Just want to thank you for all your hard work in are new home . I love it. However not happy with the quality of the materials used even if We choose and standard materials should be a better quality. We paid a lot money. We have many friends with new houses and quality are better for standard, the doors, carpet, kind of paint just to name some. I hope you can understand are frustration and consider your quality for customers.

    New House Purchase

    Our interaction with Trico was great. Sales manger Will was really helpful and supportive during the entire process.I would definitely recommend Trico.

    They Grab your money and leave you unattended

    What the sales told me about features was never fulfilled and when checked back, they pushed me to warranty and warranty wont take any responsibility for sales and i tried contacting management, but was unable to get a response. They will not take any accountability for their actions. There are other home builders out there who provides better services. try to keep away from Trico. My situation was without a choice and i had to get a home before end of the month.

    Service

    Right from the first meeting with the Sales Manager at Trico Show Home, to the Design Center Representative and the Site Supervisor it has been such a great experience. We have always felt comfortable with Trico's staff, and they have always made us feel that they are there for both of us, listen to our concerns or answered our questions. Not at any time we felt rushed, or they were pushing to make to make a home sale. They always kept us informed of the process and the dates when the different phases were scheduled. We were very pleased when they informed us that we would receive possession of our home three weeks early. We feel the workmanship of our home is excellent and are very pleased with our design of home.
