    new house purchase

    Just got a house from Trico. All staffs are professional and design a beautiful house as i require. Amazing works!

    Lanes Home (Raeya 2)

    We recently moved into our new home built by Trico Homes in Calgary. We were in the market just a a month shopping for a home when we came across this beautiful property in Glacier Ridge community. The property was a perfect match for our family needs. It was a quick possession built as if it was tailored to our family needs. The craftsmanship put into it was top notch. The rooms sizes, bonus and flex rooms were thoughtfully constructed. I will always recommend Trico Homes products to anyone out there looking to buy a laned home. Great thanks to Justin and Jason for their professional services and prompt responses when I require answers about the the property.

    Trico Homes : Best Builder; Look no further for construction of your new home

    We had beat experience in building our home with Teico Homes. From sales team to construction team everyone were very helpful and knowledgable. Trico holes provided better home selections compared to other builders. They were very responsive for any after possession concerns and overall their build quality was superior. Special thanks to Devon and Shannon who made our experience out of this world.

    Detached House

    Detached house

    I bought this house from Trico Homes. Staffs are so friendly and nice. The new house are amazing and beautiful. Service was pretty good.

    Amazing home and even better service

    I was lucky to be offered such a beautiful home. Top notch quality and finished. Kyle was an absolute dream to work with no matter how many odd ball questions I had. He had an answer to everything and tons of knowledge about all the products and services that Trico offered.

    New Home Delivered earlier than expected

    The staff at Trico Show-home were very helpful and explain different building options to us clearly. The entire process from signing agreement to taking possession was very smooth. Our greatest excitement is quick turnaround time. We will recommend Trico Homes to anyone who wants excellent building services.

    Im out of province and had a house constructed

    Im an out of province buyer and had a new house constructed in Alberta with the help of Trico Homes. Despite needing to communicate over calls, emails and messages, the organization made out in a very helpful level of effort to ensure that I was involved within every step of my homes development and clearly showed their dedication to the community they work with.

    house builder

    Trico Homes is our home builder, and we have successfully taken possession and moved into our new home. We are extremely impressed with the quality of construction provided by this builder. Every detail, from the exterior to the interior finishes, has been executed to the highest standards. Our family has been living in the new house for a month now, and we couldn't be happier. Even when we discovered a few areas inside the house that needed touch-up paint after moving in, Trico Homes provided immediate maintenance. Their service is prompt and professional, and we are thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of their customer care. Particularly noteworthy is Justin, the sales manager, whose efficient problem-solving and dedicated service left a profound impression on us. He ensured that all our concerns were addressed promptly and effectively, enhancing our overall experience. We feel very fortunate to have chosen Trico Homes as our builder. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction we have had with them. From the initial stages of construction to the final handover and subsequent follow-up services, Trico Homes has consistently demonstrated excellence. We are confident that we made the right choice and are grateful for the outstanding service and high-quality home they have provided us with.
