    First Time Home Buyer

    This was my first time buying a home and Trico was very helpful in this whole process. They were very patient and exceeded my needs. The finishes in my new condo are awesome. Everything from buying to the possession date was pleasant. Thanks so much!

    Spec Home

    My wife and I just purchased a new spec home in Cooper's Crossing and, honestly, couldn't have been more pleased with the process. Over the roughly two months between signing the offer and taking possession, a genuine feeling that Kelsey and Taylor cared about us as people rather than just clients developed and continues even now that we have moved in. What's more, anything we may have had an issue with (relatively minor, common things such as a small dent on the dishwasher) was addressed by Trico before we even had a chance to remark on it. This has thus far truly been the sort of home buying experience you would hope for but never realistically expect. And the home is beautiful. We are thrilled that we get to raise our family here and would recommend Trico, and specifically Kelsey and Taylor in the Hillcrest showhome, to anyone looking for a beautifully built new home for a very fair price. They would be well taken care of.

    New Home Purchase

    We spent a lot of time viewing potential homes in the Cochrane area including all the show homes and most of the single family homes for sale. We were looking for a new home with quick possession. Trico in Riversong was not our first stop, but it certainly was the most pleasant. We were impressed with the quality of the show homes both in design and construction. The customer service provided by Erin, Jamie and Stephanie was exceptional. They provided very professional service with no pressure. We were not really looking for a new build and were coming through for design idea's. Trico had a spec home in Riversong that was almost complete, ready in about 30 days which Jamie cheerfully toured us through. Something kept bringing us back to the Trico homes (at least 10 times!) and the sales team never got tired of seeing us or pressured us to purchase. They simply provided us with information and happily answered all of our questions. After looking at many more homes, we decided to purchase the Trico spec home. We dealt with Erin directly on the sale and the process could not have been any easier. The pre-possession walk-through went very well. There were a few very minor issues (mostly identified by Trico) that the construction team took care of almost immediately. We have been in our new home for 3 months now and are very happy with our purchase. In summary Trico has shown us to be a great company with exceptional people who deliver a quality product. **The Redcard and referrals are an added bonus.

    Basement upgrade

    Project

    We never thought we could have a house with complete features and bigger in size with this price range compare to other builder. Its a perfect timing for our family.

    First Condo

    I was extremely pleased with purchasing a home from Trico! I was looking for my first ever home (condo) purchase and was very impressed with the quality of Trico's condos as well as the prices. The sales staff was incredibly helpful! Cindy was a great sales person - I felt no pressure at all to purchase and they really helped me to understand everything that came with purchasing a new home. She was always quick to answer my questions through email and was super flexible and understanding with everything. I am extremely satisfied with my Condo - it's absolutely beautiful! Trico builds beautiful homes and has great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing a new home!

    New Home

    Our decision to build with Trico Homes was simple. They have previously built 2 homes for family members and we were impressed with the service and overall quality that our family members received. Our process began in February of 2016 when we put a lot on hold and selected a layout that we liked. The Sales Team (Erin, Jamie & Stephanie) were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with from day one. I was impressed that we could make certain modifications to the floor plan and that many typical 'upgrades' were included in the purchase price. Next was the design center, wiring, appliances, lighting and window covering selections. I was pleased with the vendors Trico recommended. I found each supplier was attentive, had a good selection to chose from and was well priced. Finally came the build team - our site super was Ryan, and he was assisted by Walter & Tim. This team was great. They were quick to answer any questions we had and gave us accurate timelines so we could keep track of the progress. As I'm writing this, we have been in the home for a little over a month. Again, the overall quality, attention to detail and communication was top notch. We have been very pleased with Trico Homes and would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.

    New Homebuild - NW Calgary

    My husband and I decided to build our forever home and choose Trico Homes to work with. Right from the beginning, their staff - from the sales, design studio, trades and warranty teams - were engaging, knowledgeable, efficient and truly amazing to work with. They helped us design and build our dream home and they went over and above to deliver this for us. I would recommend Trico to anyone who wants a professional Home Builder to work with.

    New home build

    This was my first experience building a new home and I had the best experience from Trico. The customer service was amazing from the beginning when I was shopping around with different builders and Erin the sales manager was spending hours and hours of her time answering my questions and getting me prices even before I had committed to build with Trico. Once I decided on Trico the excellent customer service continued throughout the process. I have not one negative thing to say about my experience with Trico. I have been living in my new home for a month and I love it, no issues at all!! I would definitely build again with Trico homes!!!

    New House

    Building through Trico was a super friendly experience. Henry and his team were always there to help, and answer all our questions. They were very understandable, and helped us stay in budget. Jake and Dylan made oreantaion/possession day go really smooth. My little family loves how the house turned out, and I love the complements we've been receiving!
