    New Home

    We had visited several show homes and I was beginning to think my husband will never get to like any, not until we walked into the Evanston Showhome and met Ryan and Justine. Guess there is something to be said for friendly, genuine customer care as we ended up building with Trico even though we would have preferred a ready home to welcome our baby in 2 months. Ryan made us really great fan of Trico homes, always responsive, sending regular updates and pictures, giving loads of information and making the whole process so exciting. We have and will eagerly recommend Trico homes. Thank you.

    Built New Home with Trico in Calgary

    This is the second home we've built with Trico and there is a reason why we keep coming back. Their entire team of people are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We were never pressured into any decisions and they made an otherwise stressful home buying process truly enjoyable. The materials and construction of the home was of very high quality and they were so efficient we took possession of the home weeks before the expected delivery date.

    Great builder

    Recently built a house with Trico and we had a great experience. From sales rep, contractor to after care warranty service, everyone were pleased to work with and issues were resolved in a timely manners.

    Wonderful Builder and Representatives

    Trico Homes Sales Team in Calgary (Cindy & Warren), the head office Team( Samantha Carsson , Nicole etc) are awesome people in helping you move into the new home and following up with you to meet the Home Warranty Requirments .They did all they can to make the transfer of the new home ownership very smooth..The New home is very cosy and in beautiful part of Calgary! Do business with them and you won't be let down.

    New Home at Evanston

    I and my wife were looking for an already built house to buy until we came to the showhome in Evanston. Ryan in Evanston was very fantastic to deal with. He went all length to ensure that all our concerns were addressed. The house was completed earlier than expected and looks so amazing. I will recommend Trico to others based on my positive experience with them

    Home purchase

    Before settling on building a trico home, my partner and I walked into many pre owned homes and home builder's showhomes. Not one home builder could accommodate our very picky and high demands (we were very particular about many things in our home which could have been a nightmare for the builder). When we walked into trico we fell in love with the Hudson layout and wanted it! When speaking with a trico representative (which by the way, treat you as if you're one of their "pals" while maintaining professionalism), I said that we want the same master bath as the show home. Not only was there a considerable incentive to purchase of over 20 grand but the cost to make the bathroom was a 4k upgrade that was given for free. When creating the home, all trico employees were accommodating with regards to scheduled meetings. All aspects of the build were on schedule and possession date never changed. The site supervisor even hooked us up with extra potlights installed in the kitchen and a garage door opener for free. The warranty guy was helpful and friendly too. When we got possession of the home we were greeted by every trico salesperson that dealt with us throughout, with 3 different presents. This normally stressful (and exciting) experience was so enjoyable, it makes me want to buy another... We do occasionally notice some sort of deficiency but that's what the 3 and 10 month meeting is for. One thing that we do remember was that some of the questions at different points in time that we had were met with "im not too sure, I'll get back to you" and no response ever came. However that seems like peanuts in such a big event. I recommend trico 100% if they continue the service I received from them.

    New Home

    I just bought a home in Airdrie by Trico homes and I couldn't be happier. All the staff and especially the team out at the Midtown sales centre.. Carmen,Matthew and Taylor went above and beyond to ensure that my experience in purchasing my home was amazing from the moment I first went into the show home to the moment I was handed over my keys! I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful customer experience and a beautiful great quality home to get in touch with Trico Homes!

    New home in Hillcrest, Airdrie

    Between my wife and I, we have been through 5 home purchases - both new builds and purchasing existing homes. Our experience with Trico was a mix of both - as we were shopping for our new house, we came across a quick possession home that Trico had available in Hillcrest. We both loved the house, and ended up purchasing it. The possession experience was seamless, and Trico did a very thorough walk through with us, correcting any minor cosmetic deficiencies on the fly. All follow up items that we have noticed thus far have been dealt with very promptly and professionally. All in all, we are very pleased with our new home purchase!

    We really weren't looking for a house

    My boyfriend and I had a house. It was small, cozy, and perfect for two. A day spent browsing show homes online changed everything. We fell in love with Trico’s Parkside duplex in Midtown right away. Within a few short weeks, we went from our right-now-home to a beautiful corner lot on the pond with room to grow. Having been through a new home build before, I thought I knew what to expect. What we soon came to realize is that Trico isn’t like any other company. Carmen and her team are exceptional. They didn’t simply answer our questions, they came with inspiration and solutions. Instead of asking us to wait patiently on the fringe for our possession date, we were invited to collaborate. Possibly the greatest compliment I can offer is that Trico, specifically Carmen and our Midtown Airdrie team, builds communities. By the time we took possession of our home, we had met several neighbours, participated in a Christmas Adopt-a-Family program, attended several Trico and Midtown events, and were welcomed home like family. We even have an Instagram account! We would say that we’d build with Trico again, but honestly, we aren’t sure that we’ll ever find a reason to leave. We’re home.

    My first condo!

    Thank you Trico team for making my very first condo purchase such a great experience. Everything went seamlessly smooth and the place was ready before initially scheduled time. Cindy was amazing patiently answering all of my first time property owner questions :)
