    New Home Owner

    The heritage hills family is pleased with the new home we have purchased in Cochrane. On top of the outstanding service and great quality, we really appreciated the numerous options and custom work that Trico has offered and delivered to us. Not too many home developers offer a similar service to which we are great full for. Lovin the new home.

    new home

    In early August of 2016, myself and my fiance were in the market for a new home. We wanted to move from Calgary NW to Cochrane so naturally we headed into Cochrane and walked through numerous home by a variety of builders. Not being from the area we didn't know which builders were best or worst. The last builder we saw that day was Trico and it was easily the best experience we had of the bunch. The sales manager we spoke with that day Kelsey was incredible. We aren't doctors or lawyers so affordability was at the top of our wishlist. She got straight to the point and showed us a home they had on special which was right in our price point and had the square footage we needed. Even though the home wasn't available for viewing in the Cochrane area she set us up with the show home version of our home immediately. The house was perfect and the service was impeccable. This type of service continued from the first interaction to the moment we received our keys. Site supervisor Ryan was professional and he had a great eye for detail. He made every correction we needed or asked for. The house was perfect the day we took possession. All the personnel working for Trico on our home were great at what they did, they all pitched in to make the process a stress free one. During the entire build I received constant updates and pictures confirming the progress. I have already recommended Trico to every friend who is in the market and I will continue to do so for the rest of the time I live in the Cochrane/Calgary area. From top to bottom Trico made our house look amazing and we felt like family the whole time.

    New Built Home

    We had 2 days to find our home in Airdrie. We looked at 16 homes and selected one built by Trico. They certainly take pride in their work. From the sales team (especially Carmen) to the contractors, we're thoroughly impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Our move to Airdrie happened quickly and Trico made everything so simple for us. We're so thankful to have found this home and to have done business with Trico. We often discuss our quick 2 day decision and both my husband and I conclude that we lucked out and it truly feels meant to be. Thanks again, guys.

    Condo Purchase

    Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and helpful with my Condo purchase. This was my first purchase and I never felt pressured into anything. The build is very high quality, I would recommend them.

    Beautiful Home in Riverstone

    This was our second time building a home. This time we choose to go with Trico as we loved their Fairmont model and lots available. Right from the beginning we found the sales staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. During our lot and color selections and upgrade choices we felt that they were very helpful in suggesting things that fit what we were looking for. From the sales people to any construction and service staff we spoke to we found that they seemed to really care about the quality of our home. We loved that all our questions were answered quickly and that we could be really involved in the building process. The finishing and quality of our home upon possession was perfect. We couldn't be happier with our new Trico home!

    New Home in Nolan Hill

    As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect. My experience building with Trico was excellent from start to finish. The sales associates were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me in the process. When I had a difficult time picking colors for the exterior, Clint drove around with me and told me to pick out the colors that I liked and we went back to the office and he looked up those colors for me. At the design centre, I also had a hard time picking some choices. Sarah was extremely helpful as well and her experience allowed her to give some pretty awesome input into what goes well with what, etc. At my initial walk through, Jake, John and Brian were all so patient and spent extra time making sure I understood everything (given that I was a complete noob and didn't know much about owning a house). Everything we identified as a "defect" were all corrected by possession date. I've lived in my house for just over 2 months now and I have not had any major issues. There are very minor things, which I am sure they will address and fix at my 3 month visit. Given that this was my first home ever and it was a new build, it could have been a lot more stressful. Trico's team was there to accommodate and answer all questions in a professional, friendly manner. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend Trico to anyone.

    Buying with Trico

    I recently bought a condo from Trico. The buying process was very easy. Warren and Cindy were very informative and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered quickly. They even expedited the possession date to help me out. Wonderful experience

    Building a new home

    We built our new home with Trico in Legacy and had the most AMAZING experience. Helpful, Friendly, Professional, REMARKABLE Customer Service and the most SPECTACULAR aftercare you could ever ask for!! Our experience from the first moment we walked into the show home, to the multiple visits after and the day we finally decided on Trico as our builder, was nothing short of extraordinary. Our sales person was so patient and walked us through every stage of the process and then our experience at their incredible design centre with our very own designer, made us feel like we were millionaires or royalty. My husband and I highly highly recommend Trico for any one looking to build a new home...they are absolutley REMARKABLE!!! Angel

    Very happy in airdrie

    We just moved into our new home in airdrie...the sales team was wonderful...very helpful at every turn, Carmen De Luca, Matthew and Taylor went above and beyond to make the experience great.....

    New home in Legacy

    Fridge not installed on possession date but was assured installed by time of our move.Mismatched color and size installed and no recourse. Light switch not moved as per contract.Get everything done before signing. Do not trust.
