    If you are looking for a headache free, hassle free home builder who stands behind every aspect of their houses then look no further. From the sales staff, construction team, service staff and everyone you deal with go above and beyond to ensure the best possible results. Highly recommend!! These guys are the real deal

    New home build

    we had a new home build with Trico.They were very professional and walked us through each step of the process,as this was our first build.The entire experience was pleasant and exciting,end result was a beautiful home with zero deficiencies.We would highly recommend them for any of your building needs.

    Great Job

    Building a house with Trico Homes was a pleasant experience for us. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by Henry, Peter, Lian and Carter at the site office with frequent update of the house construction. Great job by Jake Schindler in the walk-through of the house, especially commendable is his extra effort in explaining the essentials of house care. Good job Trico.

    Trico Homes

    Dealing with Trico Homes was absolute pleasure. We bought our house brand new in early 2017 and we are very happy. Great design and materials, quick possession, and quick response to our requests. Of course there were minor defects but they were very prompt to react and repaired all the defects before or on possession date. The staff we were dealing with was knowledgeable, patient and explained everything. This is not our first home, but to compare I hope I will be only dealing with this company or companies similar to their standards.

    New home

    Trico has been amazing to deal with since the beginning. They have a great sales staff in midtown and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. They have been quick to deal with any issues on our house and I would highly recommend building with them to anyone.

    Excellent design, materials & constructions, I love the guidelines by Trico staff

    My appreciation to the Trico team, specially for Mr. Jordan & Ted they're more than excellent, they help us during building our home period and never they are wonderful.     House 155 nolan

    Jordan at trico homes and the rest of trico team are very professional. it was an amazing experiance, Jordan made this experience even more amazing and easy to start with from the beginning, Trico shoud be proud to have Jordan as part of their team. The house is beautiful, and more than we expacted. Thanks to Jordan and the rest of Trico team to make this dream to become a true.

    New Home purchase

    We enjoyed working with the sales and construction team at Trico. They provided excellent customer service. We purchased an old show home where it had some visible wear. The construction team went out of their way to patch up any visible deficiencies we identified. Similar to any home purchase, there were finishing and few workmanship issues but nothing major. We are very happy with our new home. I found the orientation prior to possession extremely thoughtful because they went through every aspect of the house to ensure we know how to use each feature for better maintenance of the house in the future. The handover process was smooth.

    New home

    I am very thankful to trico that they made my first dream home. I love the structure of the house and the way they did awesome job moreover whenever i need to fix things they just did it asap, again thank you so much.
