    Trico Homes

    This is our second time buying a home from Trico, the welcoming atmosphere at Trico is what made us comeback, and we have been thoroughly impressed with the customer service by the sales team especially Jordan who guided us through the whole process with ease and helped us find the best home that suited our needs. On the possession day we had been given a thorough walk through of our new home and were guided on how to use appliances and take care of other items around the house. Altogether it has been a great experience and I recommend Trico Homes to anyone looking for an experienced and reliable home builder.

    New build

    i am very pleased to have opted for trico to build our new home From the beginning working with the sales staff Erin and Stephanie They helped us greatly is choosing the style of house. We are new residents in Canada and trico made everything easy for us from the Design concept to the interior design etc. Other than a few flaws Which we're put right prior to possession date and some done afterwards due to weather. everything went smoothly and i cannot fault the service and the aftercare from trico first class.

    Quality houses

    Our experience with trico was so impressive that we recommend it to friends.from Justin R.who never got tired of answering our questions, Drew who is so accomodating if we need to access the house before possession and Bill who is so patient explaining how everything works in the house.for now, we are working with Kelsea and im glad that they address our issues post possession promptly.

    Homes by trico

    We built the house with trico, they adjusted the plans to according to our needs, Henry at show home gave us very good suggestions and picking up the colours at design centre was a memorable experience, when we took possesion they explained us thouroughly, how to use the appliances and taking care of furnace, decks , floors was awesome

    TRICO Homes is BEST

    My name is Nitin Kapur, Citizen of Canada and resident of Evanston, NW, Calgary. I am so glad to write review for Trico Homes, which is as follows: 1. This is our first customized built home and we are more than 100% successful to realize our dreams with the great help from Trico Homes and their expert staff. 2. There are many builders in Canada but the MOST IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OTHERS AND TRICO IS THEIR LOYAL & PASSIONATE EMPLOYEES LIKE RYAN CAMPBELL, SALES, EVANSTON SHOW-HOME. If we decided to go ahead with Trico, the reason was Ryan. I am also a business owner and I know that no business can run successfully without loyal, honest, hard working and passionate employees. Ryan is carrying all these qualities in his bag and he has been instrumental in helping us to build our home the way exactly we wanted. We have some great features in our home like In-bulit Wall Fish Tank which were not possible without the honest efforts by Ryan. I don't even need to think before referring Ryan to all of my friends and colleagues. 2. I would like to mention names of Gary: Site Supervisor and Sara: Design Centre as they also helped us a lot. It was our great pleasure to work with them. Overall, we are so happy that every morning starts with a SMILE and every sleep starts with a SMILE in our NEW HOME. THANK YOU TRICO. YOU ARE THE BEST.

    House

    i bought a house from trico homes, i was really impressed with the service that they provided. i would definetly reccomend this company if you want to buy a house.

    Build a new house

    I have decided to build a house and I choose Tricohomes because the previous costomers were so happy and did not have any issues with this company. During construction of my new house, everthing gping well and now My family and me are happy.

    New home build

    This was our first new build and Trico has set the bar high in both customer service and product quality. Kelsey and Taylor, in Airdrie's Hillcrest community, were professional, welcoming, timely and really made us feel valued as both clients and people.

    New home

    We recently bought a quick-possession showhome from Trico Homes. We love the design and quality of our new house. The Trico staff were very prompt and professional during our home buying experience , as well as during all of the follow-ups. Would recommend!

    New Home Build

    With many great floor plans and home sizes to choose from we were able to build a home to suit our family's needs. Standard options were well above other builders we looked at. We still chose to upgrade many features were able to get exactly what we wanted within our budget. Sales and build teams were great to work with - very friendly and dedicated to our home. The final product was amazing and all warranty issues looked after in a very timely manner. This was our second build, if we ever plan on a third we will definitely start with Trico.
