    New Apartment

    Trico made my first home purchase very easy. They were extremely knowledgeable throughout the sales process and assisted me through the purchase of a new home. Post-purchase, they were still very quick to respond to all my questions and any issues I had they fixed right away. Overall a great purchase.

    Silver Springs Single Family Home

    We purchased a home 8 years ago with Trico. I would encourage anyone thinking of buying with Trico to come and see the cul- de-sac of homes in Silver Springs that Trico built. Our roof just had a major leak into the house, the stone work is falling off the exterior of most of the homes, the paint is all peeled and the exteriors look terrible after only 8 years.

    Trico Homes takes this type of feedback very seriously since the quality of the homes we build is very important to Trico and our Trade Contractors. After building 9000 homes over 25 years I can confirm that we rarely receive this type of feedback after several years of home ownership. I would like to advise that roof leaks can occurred when faced with extreme weather conditions such as high winds, hail and rain storms. Calgary is faced with these weather conditions on a yearly basis and after several storms your roof may be comprised and require maintenance. The stone contractor has been working with Trico for several years and is a very reputable company. Stone rarely falls off unless hit by an object of some kind. Exterior paint is exposed to the exterior weather (sun, rain, snow etc) and sanding and painting may be required every couple of years. We apologize for your disappointment with you home.     Single family home

    Had a really awesome experience with trico, the sales center staff were amazing, made everything so easy and helped us through the whole home building process. The site staff were very knowledgable, taught us a lot about the house and how to maintain it on our walkthrough. Been living in a house for a while now and loving the quality. Highly recommended!

    Amazing Company!

    This company is very easy to work with in our journey to having our semi-detached house built in Legacy in SE Calgary. From the paper-signing to the house selections to the pre-inspection and possession, a very smooth process. A special thanks to Erin at the showroom who was very professional and cordial and knowledgeable. Also a shout out to everyone in the design studio. A definite recommend.

    New Home

    Midtown Airdrie, looked a nice place t be, so when I started looking at buying my own home I called in and viisted with each of the builders to see their show homes and get an idea of affordability and build standard. Immediately Carmen outshone them all, her knowledge of the product, and openness in explaining what was standard, what was upgrade (and more importantly for me, the cost of each upgrade) managed my expectations of what a new Trico Home would look like to me on my budget. I knew right then that if everything else was equal I was buying from Carmen. Throughout the build Carmen and her team continued to excel, they have been there for me every step of the way, always smiling, always friendly and always helpful. I have now moved into my new home and it's exactly what I wanted and that is in large part thanks to Carmen, Matt, Taylor and Bonny.

    Quick possession duplex in midtown airdrie

    Me and my wife were searching home builders here in airdrie thru Internet, then we visited them as much as we can in order to choose the best deal, we read the reviews carefully in each builder, compare the prices, and viewed the showhomes, last one we visited was with the trico homes , the moment we step into the sales office here in midtown airdrie Carmen & Taylor were very well coming people, so we inquire and viewed the show homes, Carmen and Taylor suggested the quick possession model and we like it, so finally me and my wife agreed our kind of house that we are looking for, then we made a proposal to Carmen and we agreed the possession date and price. Carmen and Taylor are both very nice person, easy to deal with, and they always smile! During our orientation/ walk through, me and my wife notice some things to be corrected in the house but not major deffect, construction team were there and they corrected/repaired right away what we mark down. It's been almost a month now from our possesion date, we found out small issues in the house, and we are just waiting for the 3 month visit from the warranty department. Other than that.. we are enjoying our house and one time my little one said "Daddy I like our new house! And that makes me and my wife so happy! Trico homes strongly recommended!

    New home purchase.

    We purchased a new show home from Trico and have been extremely pleased with the home. There have been no major issues in the last 15 months with the house. The few small problems we encountered were handled quickly and professionally to our satisfaction. We are getting to know our neighbors now and they all have said how impressed they are with our house. I would definitely recommend Trico Homes to anyone who asks. We are very happy with the purchase from Trico.

    New House Build Midtown

    This is our third new house build since we moved to Canada eight years ago. Trico has been the best experience by far! From the moment we visited the showroom to the day we took possession of our lovely home we have found the whole experience professional and hassle free. The design centre was great fun, we were given lots of great advice and help with colours, style etc. Taken possession of our house ran very smoothly also, we were made to feel so special. Carman and Taylor in the Showhome are excellent! Explaining the whole process throughout the build, they both went above and beyond to answer any questions we had, also sending us weekly emails to keep us updated at all times, we honestly feel we have made friends for life with those girls! We have been so impressed with Trico that we have already recommended them to our friends and would not hesitate to recommend Trico to anyone looking to build a beautiful home with an outstanding professional team.     New Build

    We began looking to upgrade our current home in the summer. We visited with many different builders in the community. After discussing our plans with different builders, it was clear that Trico was the right builder for us. Their willingness to customize our house and work with us to help build our forever house was vastly superior to other options we had investigated. During the building of our house, issues arose that led to us being upset over certain aspects. When we would bring these up with the site supervisor or the sales team, they were quick to find solutions and put us at ease. They did their best to ensure that we were satisfied at every step up the way. After we took possession, we had more questions and items to be addressed. They were always quick to correct any deficiencies and make our house perfect for us. If we ever decide to build another house, we would certainly be returning to Trico.

    new built

    Bought a new built in Airdrie Coppers Crossing. I am satisfied with the house and the service received since the purchase. We had a drywall seam issue in the kitchen and Trico coordinated the drywallers and painters efficiently to my availability. We are getting this problem solved and I am confident if anything else arises they will be able to help.
