    Amazing experience!!

    From start to finish, Kelsey and Taylor at the showhome, Alex at design, Dylan and Tim and our construction team have gone over and beyond our expectation. Anytime we needed any help, someone was immediately available to address our concern. They accommodated many custom changes that we wanted to make and guided us through our decisions. This is our first time building and I can't rave enough about how positive of an experience it has been for our family of 5. Bill and the service team continue to provide the support that we need even after we moved into the house. No major and not even any significant minor details that we can pick out in our new house. We will be recommending Trico to all our friends and family moving forward. Thank you to the Trico Team!!

    Terrible experience with Trico (Legacy) New home. Manager Erin

    Im glad to see all the good reviews here about Trico. Unfortunately im having terrible experience with trico right now, legacy community. Erin - manager. Worst customer service ever. I called her to talk about emergencies, she did not even call me back (she was in the office and had ~2hours to call me back, other person who picked up the phone passed her my message). Ended up with unfinished house. It was not our deal. Not following contract. House was not habitable for my family and was not ready to move in on possession date. Disappointed with Legacy trico manager Erin. Its not a full story at all, will be telling full story by the phone or in person in head office. I will be calling head office talking about worst customer service and breaking the contract. also in process of talking to the lawyers. Roman.

    We take this type of feedback very seriously. I have looked into your concerns, reviewed your paper work, and discussed your feedback with the appropriate walk through personnel, construction team and Erin. Your possession paper work shows 2 deficiencies on possession day. A minor shingle repair and the blinds were not installed. There are no emergency items listed; nor reported since possession. Your home was habitable on possession day as we would not move a customer into a home if it were not in a habitable state. Erin did contact the office to advise that she spoke with you regarding these two items and the timeline for completion. I understand the blinds not being installed was disappointing and we are diligently working with our trade contractor to have them installed tomorrow. We sincerely apologize for the blind installation delay. I want to assure you that Trico is committed to working with you throughout the warranty period.     new home build

    We were looking for a new home,found the kennedy 2 home we liked.Started dealing with their sales person Jordan,he helped us threw the whole process with ease, great advice lots of help and it was a great experience threw the whole time from the beginning till we moved in.They treated us like family,I would recommend to anybody building a home to build with Trico H0mes.

    New Home Built by Trico

    This was our first time building a house and Trico Homes made our home buying experience a great one. We were new in the city and did not have friends or any other resources to help us getting the right location, builder, material etc. The sales manager in Red stone area helped us with the selection process at various stages and sent us weekly update. All phases were completed o time as were told on the first day. We are glad that we had Trico Homes to build our house.

    Building a Home

    Starting out with Trico building our first home started with an amazing experience. Shout out to Sharon and Clint from the Legacy community for the knowledge, being easy going , and making the process of the build so easy! I would suggest working with one of these two, or get the privilege to work with both.

    New home build

    We selected Trico as our home builder because of the good reputation they had and we were not disappointed. We had met with sales teams from other builders but had frustrating experiences due to the lack of knowledge or feeling pressured to go in a direction we weren't happy with. Kelsey and Taylor at Trico were very knowledgeable and easy and fun to work with. We were very happy with the quality of workmanship. Trico's standard building package was excellent and stood out amongst other builders. Everyone from Trico we met along the build process was excellent and I would happily recommend Trico to any of my friends

    New built house

    Trico homes builder is excellent for my first dream house. The construction process of my new house was wonderful in all of aspects with salesperson, construction review, material selection, site go-through view, inspection, move-in, etc. I highly appreciate Trico homes team for providing such a very pleasant experience for us and I will share my happiness with Trico homes to all my friends.

    Trico made my house a home

    The team in Legacy made my second build an absolute dream! Not only did I get prompt and honest service but they were always there for me for anything! I am so pleased with the workmanship of my house and I'm in construction so knew the ins and outs. Not once did I feel like they cut corners. I would honestly only want to build or buy from them in the future due to this great experience! Well done!!

    Single Family Home in Airdrie

    Trico Homes made our home buying experience a great one! Not only was the sales team respectful, flexible, and easy to talk to, but everyone else we dealt with was equally wonderful. The design team was fantastic and helped us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. We've lived in our home for over a year and the warranty team was always willing to answer questions and they were available to do the inspections within a very reasonable amount of time. I happily recommend Trico to anyone looking to build a new home!

    Detached house

    It's only 1 month that I moved to my new home in Nolan Hill and I really love it. My builder was Trico home which is the best and I strongly recommend it to all of my friends. The quality of my home is really good and they prepared it in less than 9 months. Thank you Trico
