    New Home in Evanston Calgary

    Trico's team was magnificent from start to finish. My wife and I didn't have any issues with staff and Ryan who sold us the house was great at communicating through the entire process. All the steps were very simple and we had lots of guidance and help along the way. The house was also built extremely fast. We were given a date buy before we knew it the house was already down and interior was started. If we ever buy another house in the future we will definitely go with Trico Homes!

    Viridian Condo

    I bought brand new condo from Trico Homes and had a terrific experience. It was build on time first of all, which is very important to me!! And upgrades were offered at a Great price and Quality!! During construction period builder sent lots of pictures from the site as the work was completed at diffrent stages, it was very handy and impressive! Overalls Great Experience! Highly recommended!! Thanks Trico Homes.

    Duplex in Legacy

    Me and my husband moved in our new duplex in Legacy, built by Trico Homes, 7 months ago. It is a 1,530 sq. f. home with many upgrades that we added for our own comfort and modern look. I can definitely call us very demanding and picky clients, not the easiest to work with. We wanted to make sure we get the perfect home and the best value for dollars spent. We made numerous visits to the show home and design center, as well as initiated many change orders to the initial purchase agreement. Due to inexperience with the building process we were taking double as much time as others on all appointments and asked hundreds of questions. To make story short, Trico exceeded all our expectations on the quality of the end product, as well as the customer service and support provided along the way. Trico's personnel is very patient, helpful and competent, and pays close attention to all the details and concerns brought to them. To our huge surprise, there was no major deficiencies on our fist walk through and all the minor ones were fixed in a quite short period of time. Our home is ideal in and out, and we will definitely build again when the time comes to upgrade to a larger house. Our experience was excellent - 10/10.

    Bathroom renovation

    Hi there, We are completely satisfied with trico homes because this is our first dream home . My whole family enjoy and love the home soo much.Thank you for providing us with lovely home infrastructure, design, construction, everything. Have a lovely day ahead!

    New Home!

    Got possession of the home last year and although there were few pending things that took more time to be addressed than expected but we were satisfied once all were done. Overall very happy with Trico Homes!

    New house build

    Excellent service from the sales team in Legacy duplex with front attached garage. To the site supervisor during the building process and ending with the service team on move and so far afterwards. Very happy with this purchase.

    Spec Home

    Trico was wonderful to work with! They built a beautiful spec home and were super easy to buy with. They gave us an amazing gift basket and when I had issues with the electrical, they were easy to get a hold of and had a guy out asap! They also gave us an allowance for our furnishings when we asked to change out a few things that were brand new. They did our driveway without aggregate so they gave us the option to get an allowance for something else or they would have ripped it out and had it redone. We really appreciated all the options. Love them and our new home!!

    Spec House Purchase

    We purchased a spec house from Trico. We have had very little issues with the home and have been living in it for just over a year. Every interaction we had with Trico was pleasant and quick service. Any questions or home concerns that we had were addressed in a timely manner with qualified trades. We have had minor issues (mostly cosmetic) that were rectified within 2 weeks. Would recommend Trico to every home buyer!

    What a joyful experience

    Carmen, Taylor, Matthew were all so easy to work with. Sarah at the design centre was awesome and the Trico construction team has been accommodating and very professional. I would definitely recommend Trico to others. We took possession and there wasn't one issue that needed addressing! They accomodated our personal crises, moved walls, understood when we missed appointments and showed us the utmost care and concern. Our thanks to all but especially Carmen de Luca. You can't get better than her optimism and positivity. Sue and Judy

    New home constructed at Sherview Grove NW

    We just moved in to our new home almost a month ago at Sherview Grove NW built by Trico Homes and we are very satisfied with their quality of work. Their staff Henry, Lian, Dylan, Erica and Sarah was very helpful, courteous and responsive throughout the sales and design process. All our lengthy questions was answered diligently either by email or by phone call. There are times we changed our mind in a particular design or item and they tried to accommodate it when possible. We lived before in Fort McMurray so from time to time, we are being sent progress photos. Their warranty team Jake and Samantha are also very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend Trico if you are looking for a quality home because of the people behind it from sales, design and construction.
