the construction team, sub trades and warranty team are fantastic. friendly, responsive, professional and cooperative. Quality construction and materials. had unlimited access to the site during construction. Supervisor Drew very patient and took care of all questions and concerns quickly.

We recently completed a new home build with trico homes in Cochrane.Throughout the entire process we were consulted and kept in the loop on all aspects of the building process.We were allowed unlimited access to view with Kelsey Clarke,who bent over backwards to answer any and all questions we had,and to ensure the entire process was an enjoyable and exciting one.Ryan,who coordinated and oversaw the building trades and construction,went out of his way to ensure we had all our special requests looked after in a professional and timely manner.Finished product is beautiful,and everything we had hoped for.We highly recommend them.

I had very great experience working with trico homes all the staff were very help full answered all my questions about my new home, they finished on time and very happy in my new home.

We started the home building process with Trico Homes mid December and moved in to our home at the end of July. Every aspect of the purchase, design, and building of our home was well organized and stress free. As this was our first home purchase, our sales person Kelsey was very knowledgeable, and always put in extra effort to ensure we were 100% satisfied throughout the whole process. All questions and concerns were answered right away. Trico design centre offers preview nights where you can go and checkout all of their interior selections (countertops, backsplash, stone, tile, faucets, doors, moulding, baseboard, flooring et c) so you can start making selections and also see what are standard items and what are upgrades. This was extremely helpful and made our selection appointment a lot easier and quicker as we already had some items chosen and we knew how much certain upgrades cost so we had a rough budget in mind. When we signed the building contract with Trico we were told their timeline was 7-9 months. There were no delays with our build and we moved in just over 7 months after signing. All of our walkthrough appointments were well organized and the building supervisor (Ryan) was very knowledgable, and professional. During our warranty walkthrough, 5 days before possession we noticed some minor things that needed to be changed/replaced. We were very pleased to see most of the items had been taken care of prior to possession. Overall we are very happy with our Trico purchase. They provide excellent customer service and quality homes. The warranty Trico provides is second to none! Scheduled visits, three times during the first year, and the followup has been fantastic. Whenever an issue has come up, a quick email to Trico and it is dealt with, no questions asked.

We have recently moved in to our new home in the community of Riviera and we could not have chosen a better builder to build our beautiful home. Jaimie and Erin, Rivieras incredible sales representatives helped guide us through the entire process and made what should have a been a very stressful experience an enjoyable one. They always answered our questions in a timely manner and ensured that they stayed in close contact with us in regards to the progress of our home. Ryan our site foreman was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All deadlines were met on time and the walk throughs were well organized and most concerns were met prior to procession. There are a few minor touch ups to the exterior that need to be completed but due to the weather this was not completed prior to possession. Ryan and him team assured us that these fixes will be completed at a later date. We would highly recommend this builder as we are so happy with the experience we had.

We purchased a house with Trico in Nolan Hills last year and we are very happy. All of their employees are great: passionate, knowledgeable and caring. The house was built perfectly - Perfectionist's paradise! Construction guys did an awesome job! And we have no issues. Nor ever had any major ones (or even minor!). Thank you to Ryan, Clint, Alex, Samantha and Jake for their great job! I would recommend Trico to any of my friends and family! A BIG THANK YOU to Trico for allowing us flexible downpayment.

We moved into our home in Riversong, Cochrane in December 2014. We are still so happy with the model of home that we chose and can't wait to spend many more years in it!

We bought a spec home from Trico, and we have been pleased with our home. The warranty department has been exceptional with their service , Samantha responds immediately when we have any concerns and the trade guys are in as soon as possible. We want to say a big thank you to Jake from Warranty for enlightening us on how to best maintain our new home. He has been there from Possession day, giving us tips and advice as first time home owners. Way to go Trico. Good job .

Dear Sharon, Becky, We just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated all your hard work in the coordination and building of our new home. From first meeting with Sharon for our Newport model home to the finishing of our house, everything has gone extremely well. The quality that you put into your homes is second to none. You can see the pride of your work in every aspect of our house. Every sub-trade that you use has just as much pride in their work as you do. We were very impressed to see that one of you was on the job site every day making sure things were done to your satisfaction. Your attention to even the most minute of details was very impressive. Excellent customer service experience. We found everyone very helpful in all our selections, from Becky, Sarah, Chris and Daryl was very very helpful and accommodating in giving us ideas color of paint, tiles, of where to put light and other electrical things that are needed in a house and things that we may want to do in the future.
