We bought our second home with Trico and as with our first one, are very very pleased what we got. Pro: Quality is very good; layout of the house fits us perfect; warranty check is awesome and very efficient; used materials are high quality, craftmanship is good (except 2 things :see below); we recommend Trico if you need a good quality house for a good price. Con: The day we moved in the cable guy noticed two things; first: no electricity upstairs in some rooms and he couldn't find out why; called Trico and was told: too bad, not an emergency, maybe if we have time we come and see Monday (sorry not acceptable answer ; but fixed the issue by myself anyway); second: some workers from Trico or contractor cut the fiber optic wire in the house in the wall/ceiling. So as a result cable company tried to fix and after 3 hours and several technicians they could finally. As well as we are now in the 21st century and shall be a bit more respectful with the environment - and this has nothing to do with Trico, but in general with builders- clean up the yard and NO left screws, wires, waste etc should be found anymore. Overall: Trico you rock and we will buy again without hesitation ! Awesome.

Our family bought a spec home from Trico. Although we visited many homes we loved the finishes and quality of Trico showed homes. The house we bought has a walk out basement with a beatiful view, it backs into a green area and it is located in the amazing neighborhood of Hillcrest. Because we bought a spec home we didnt choose much for the house however the design was really nice. One of my favourite things about the house is the gas range. Our house is amazing and we love everything about it. Our sales rep Carmen de Luca made sure we were always satisfied. I must say she goes above and beyond for her customers. All the isdues that were found during the fibalminspection were fixed on a timely manner. Excellent service from team Trico so far.

I just recently bought my first condo with Trico and it's been a great experience! I had a couple of minor issue that needed to be dealt with and being a mother with an infant isn't so easy to get things done or looked after but Trico was on their toes with their great customer service to keep me happy. Trico is a company I would absolutely recommend to my family, friends or anyone for that matter.

We were very happy with the service from Trico. From the sales to the final walk through, everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. We built the Berkley and everything turned out as promised. We worked with Dan and Carmen (from Airdrie - Hillcrest/Midtown). We would happily recommend Trico to anyone looking to build a new home!

This is our first home and we were well informed about the processes. Our orientation process was smooth.. We moved to our home right way and loving it.

We just built our second home in Calgary- our first time using Trico homes. We have been very satisfied with the results so far! Chalsey and Rachel from the Riverstone, Cranston showhome have been very professional and helpful through out the entire process. Chris, the superintendent was great at explaining things and also answering any questions we had. We enjoyed being able to personalize our house to our family's needs and style. Would definitely recommend others to build with Trico Homes.

We built Berkley with Trico and honestly our experience with the sales team was great ,Henry was the sales team manager who attended to me and my husband and we really enjoyed every moment spent with all their sales rep. The most enjoyable part is the Signature lighting, they have good quality lighting that makes your home adorable. Everyone that enters our home always love what they see, the spacious living room, large windows and much more. I will like to say thank you to Henry the sale manager beacon height now, Gary the contractor, Alisha, Shelly Orban & all staff in Signature & lighting, design centre, you guys rock. I will continue to recommend Trico to all my friends and families to consider Trico as their builder. When Trico builds they don't delay once given you possession date, believe they will build quality home for you, work with you and make sure you smile at the end. Is not that there are no complaints but they will make sure all fixed without delay. Keep up the good works Trico. Trico might be a little bit expensive but belief me they are known for quality and not quantity. Up Trico, you are the best, keep up the good works.

This is the second home I built in Calgary but the first time with TricoHomes. Henry Luong was the sales rep who guided me through the whole process. His response has always been quick and precise. We were able to choose the most ideal lot and home model for my family. Sarah Butt is a very talented and experienced interior designer who listened to our preferences, provided a great deal of choice and recommended the best design for our home. She knows the estimated price on all the items which made the process really easy while staying on budget. Gary Sluiter was the construction manager who explained the entire process thoroughly and provided updates at every stages. He accommodated my short notice requests to check out the house as well as volunteering to help with special requests such as the measuring and mounting a tv mount on the stone wall on top of my fireplace. I will argue that my house look better than most showhomes in Calgary! I am very pleased with the building experience and will definitely build with TricoHomes again in the future.

Great experience purchasing a home through Trico Homes. Professional, friendly staff who were not pushy. They weren't there to just sell us a home but to make sure we found the right one. It was nice to sit down for conversations without feeling any pressure whatsoever. No hesitation in recommending them.
