My Wife and I were looking to build a new home but weren’t sure about the builder and model we want for our new house. We have visited all the show home in the community and did like some plan but sales center staff didn’t even bother asking or engaging us in any kind of conversation. When we stepped in Trico’s show home in Evanston community but first thing that impressed me was the approach from Sales Manager Henry Luong he did ask as tons of question to ensure that he understand our interest and taste keeping our budget in mind. I must say he went above and beyond to help us with our selection of the right model. Things that impresses any customer is willingness to help and proper follow ups from Sales person, he really nailed on that part and which made me go with Trico. We were so impressed with the support that was given when designing the plan and layout of my home, any changes were not a problem to get the look I wanted to achieve. Great and Supportive staff (Alex)at the design center. Last but not the least Gary (site supervisor) was kind, helpful and very polite. He made sure that we understood everything while on our walks. He did fulfill and look out the stuff that required any fix or touch ups. The standard and workmanship is of high standard, we won’t hesitate recommending Trico as builder for our family n friends.

We shopped around quite a bit before deciding to build our home with Trico but after visiting the Trico show homes in Nolan Hill, we knew we wanted to build our forever home with them. Ted and Justin at the sales center were unbelievably helpful & reliable. They were honest and made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Trico to anyone looking to build a new home!

When we decided to build our house, we visited a lot of show homes over about a two-three month span. I had originally looked at our Trico model without my husband, and loved it. But we didn't go back for a good month or so. When I went back to this model to show my husband, my kids and I were greeted by first name when we walked in. Justin was the sales associate there, and had remembered my kids and I from over a month back. He made a really good impression on my husband and I, so personable. With all the show homes we had been through, lots of times we wouldn't even get acknowledged let alone welcomed back by first name! He was very friendly, accommodating (appointments with my kids weren't always easy, lots of interruptions) and knowledgeable. He made it a very smooth and easy process. Once our house was built, we had Jake take us through our walkthrough. He was also very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and again, personable and great with our kids. Another great employee with Trico. I've had two more walkthroughs with him, he is a pleasure to deal with. We've been in our house for nine months now, and our house is in great shape, really well built house. Every step of the way, we've dealt with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They take care of us. From initial contact, to the design centre to the final walkthroughs, we've dealt with some really great people that are really great at their jobs. Any questions I have had, I've had prompt responses and someone taking care of the problem straight away. I would highly recommend Trico Homes to anyone that was looking to build a house, we've had a GREAT experience with them!

Buying home is the biggest investment you make in your lifetime . Buying it from Trico was the best decision we had made. Thanks Trico Homes, For making it so simple.

Got introduced to Trico by a close friend in June 2015 and got a firm sale with delivery date of February/march 2016 which I took with so much doubt. To my amazement, I got my delivery on 18th March with top of the range clean-up. Sincere appreciation to The Marketing team for laying the platform, the Design centre, Builders, Engineering team and all who made the dream a reality. Cheers We appreciate you all

I had to build my home from Edmonton, so it was a little tough scheduling all the appt. I had. They were very flexible, even though there were times that reviews had to be done quickly. I was able to send someone else a couple of times because I absolutely couldn't get down. As well, because I had to come down to choose all the colors etc., I wasn't in a position to drop by several times to make the choices, so the interior decorator was a huge help. There have been some issues, but all either solvable or livable, and Trico has were very responsive. I would totally work with them again.

After several years of contemplation we finally took the plunge to build a new house. We were very intimidated by this process because of the horror stories you hear from people. It didn't take long to put that to rest, working with Trico Homes has been so easy & stress free. The moment we walked through the door in Heritage Hills Ryan was like meeting an old friend again. There was never a silly or odd question that we had that he didn't have an answer for us. Ryan was transferred to another location mid build but the transition to having Kelsey take over was absolutely seamless. Kelsey is equally amazing at always helping, having answers for us & always ensured our needs were met in such a timely manner! Even though Ryan left that particular sales centre, he stood by us (and still makes himself available for any issue,as they both do) which totally spoke volumes of the integrity and loyalty of Trico's employees to their customers. Sarah in the design centre absolutely blew us away with her skill & expertise. She saw our vision and helped us connect the dots to make it all come together. Ryan K & Walter, again the professionalism but also the connection of like talking to your neighbour. The time they spent to explain the smallest details meant everything to us. The quality of craftsmanship has exceeded above and beyond all expectations. We walked in blindly, not knowing anything about Trico, it was the lot that brought us through their doors. We did our research before the next steps and even after we started the building process, we went through different showhomes of the competition & our initial feel of trust & complete security was validated. We can not thank Trico enough for building the house of our dreams as if they were building their own home. Without a doubt we would recommend them to absolutely everyone and anyone

The decision to build a new home was not one my wife and I took lightly. We researched communities and builders for many months before finally committing to Trico Homes in Cooperstown Airdrie. We were already living close to that community, but didn't believe we would be able to find a house that truly suited our needs and taste at a price with which we were comfortable. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that Trico offered us everything we dreamed of in a new build. At no time did we feel pressured to make decisions with which we weren't comfortable and since the investment was the biggest of our lives, we were definitely apprehensive about the accounting during purchase and build. To our delight, I never once felt uninformed about where the money was being spent or that I might be caught off-guard by an unexpected fee or expense. In fact, we actually got money back where we weren't expecting it. Trico homes communicated with us constantly and explained every detail clearly and concisely. The home was finished on time and to our exacting standards. We are thrilled. The house felt like a home immediately and Trico has never once made us feel like we were being demanding by requesting desired service. In fact, they even undertook work that was over and above that required by contract. Thank you Trico. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to another buyer.

We were very pleased with our condo purchase experience at Viridian with Trico Homes from inquiry to possession. The sales team was always friendly and hospitable, and willing to answer questions patiently. They provided good advice and contacts where needed and treated us with kindness and respect. There was no shadiness in the deal; we got exactly what we purchased at the agreed price. We’ll recommend the Builder to anyone with no prior home buying experience and with a lot of questions; you’ll find a patient and friendly team to help you.
