I am very happy with my recent condo purchase at Viridian with Trico Homes. The value was definitely there for the price paid. All post possession services were taken care of to my satisfaction. I would recommend this Builder to anyone looking for good quality home with professional service and sales team.

Since we moved into a Tricohomes' house 16 months ago, my family and I have been very satisfied with all the features ; overall structures, used materials and workmanship done by the company. In addition, we have been quite touched by their after serveces such as '100 visit day', '250 visit day' after our moving in. In each vist there were some minor issues to be dealt with. For that the employees of Tricohomes set the time at my earliest convenience and came on time and did necessary services with faithfulness, full of attetion to details and heart warming spirit for us. They took care of my house as if it was their own house! My husband and I very much appreciate what Tricohomes has done for my new home. We wish Tricohomes all the best for the years to come which you quite deserve. Thank you a lot again, Tricohomes!

We are so excited to be living in our brand new Trico home. The sales teams in both legacy and Riverstone were so knowledgable and patient with us. Sharon helped us to realize that we absolutely loved the plan for the birchwood, and answered a lot of questions as she walked us through many many times. We fell madly in love with the community of Riverstone and decided that this is the community we wanted to raise our family in. The sales team at the Trico showhomes in Riverstone was amazing and Chalsey and Rachel were great to deal with. Chalsey had a lot of knowledge and was always able to answer any questions that we had. We truly felt supported through this process and are so thankful to have Chalsey beside us when trying to decide what kind of structural upgrades would work best for our family, as well as to answer the hundreds of questions we had. The design centre was also great to deal with. Sarah had tons of great ideas and helped us make our interior dreams a reality. Overall, we are beyond happy with the service that everyone at Trico homes has to offer, and we wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Trico homes to our family and friends.

Erin and Carmen were great to work with and made the whole process easier. This is the first home I have bought and was a little nervous. There were only a couple small hiccups along the way, but I was so happy in the end and it feels great to own my own house.

Trico is by far the easiest builder to work with. This is our third house that we build and Trico surpasses our expectations. First off Erin and Jamie were just amazing to deal with. They kept us calm when we were stressed and reassured us that everything was going to be perfect. Which it was!! They were always smiling and always ready to answer any questions. We never felt that we were dealing with sales people. They were just as concerned about our worries as we were. Very understanding and patient ladies. Thank you so much Erin and Jamie. My wife and I recently had the experience of our new home in Calgary being constructed while we were still living in the UK. We had carefully selected the location - Legacy - the contractor - Trico Homes Inc. - and the house design. Instrumental in the selection process was the high build quality of the Trico show homes that we visited and the relationship we formed and confidence that we rapidly built up in the sales team of Sharon Csabonas and Carmen Bolin. This confidence was well placed. While we made a couple of visits to Calgary during construction, the long-range nature of the process could have been fraught with disappointment. However, Sharon kept us fully up to date with progress with frequent emails, calls via Skype and almost weekly photographic records of the work state. Also, Trico reacted promptly and helpfully to any queries that we raised and Chris and his site team accommodated any changes with minimal fuss. Now that construction is completed and we have moved into our new home, we are delighted with our purchase. It is everything that we hoped for and more. We cannot praise Trico and its sales and construction teams at Legacy too highly and we have every confidence in recommending them to anyone seeking a reputable contractor with great build quality and the highest level of customer service.

I will say, Trico Homes is the best in (design, quality, price, service, location). Very satisfied with all of the above. We have been looking for a condo which can give us all the 5 things. Trico Homes has given us the best condo in the current market. After the 5 things we also got the heated floor tiles, no gas combustion heating system which is not healthy. 9 foot ceilings, big windows. Trico homes has Promised and delivered.

We had been stopping by Cochrane Trico show homes for about 2 years before we decided to purchase. Jaimie and Erin made buying a home with Trico the easiest decision we have ever made. They were so friendly generous and genuine you couldn't ask for better people to take you along your building journey. We still stop by because our whole family enjoys being around such positive people. Sara from the design center gave us just enough advice to take our scrambled ideas and make it our home and we don't regret any color or idea we have in the house. Ryan was our SS and again he was fantastic. Our deficiencies were completed within a week, he even stopped by and asked how everything was going, I texted him on a Saturday with a question and didn't expect an answer back until the Monday but he answered me that same day. I would build a home with Trico again without any questions asked. They make you feel like part of the team and when your house is built it feels like you have known them for years.

We built our first ever home in Legacy with Trico. After looking at many different layouts from other builders, we found what we wanted with Trico. Erin and Carmen were amazing and answered all our questions, which included many "what if we" and "how about" or even "what do you think about". They were so fun and easy to work with and were great at making sure we were kept up to date and informed on the whole process. A highlight was the weekly updates that we received on the building process of the home. We tried to come as often as possible, however with work it was hard. Thanks to the great pictures we got weekly, we are able to put together a scrapbook of our first home together. We also had great experiences with the rest of the Trico team from the design center to the final walk-through the staff was amazing. A big shout out to Bill and Daryl who on our move in day helped ensure our home was ready to go and we were happy and comfortable with it all. Overall, building a home was a scary thought, especially as it was our first ever home, but with the entire Trico team it was a pleasure.
