As first time home buyer, I was nervous about the big purchase. After looking for some house in area, Trico homes has best prize. With Ted and Justin, the purchase was smooth without pressure. I want to do 9 ft ceiling in basement but somehow mistake has happened by company. But in the end, they corrected mistake and charge me original price quoted. Overall , I have been informed about the updates with pictures and all inquires has been answered. I love the house and interior. The house has been completed in timeline. I would definitely recommend trico to all interested buyers.

Entering the process of a new home build may seem overwhelming, perhaps daunting at first. From the minute I was welcomed at the Trico Showhome in Cooper's Crossing, Shane made us feel right at home. We spent the better part of a week deciding on the right lot for our home. The design center was an enjoyable experience with Louise guiding our every step. We have now been in our house for almost 4 months, and it definitely has become our home. The workmanship by Trico is second to none, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We took possession a month ago of our new duplex at the Legacy Community. We have been looking for perfect home for a few months. We have visited different houses, different show homes and nothing felt right until we walked into the Trico Homes show home in Legacy. We were greeted by the best team, of good friends Erin and Carmen. These ladies were very helpful and always ready to answer our questions at anytime (seriously!) even when the show home was closed. We had never built a house before so we had lots of questions, lots of questions (believe me!). Carmen and Erin delivered the best customer care that we could ask for! They never made us feel like we asked too many questions and always kept us in touch with our contsraction updates. We were getting pictures every Thursday from Carmen. She was sending pictures of the work progress how our dream home was built ( from the ground to the roof, inside and out). We still keep in touch with the girls from the show home. I feel like Carmen and Erin are the highlights of the company and Legacy community. By the way, my family and I believe Legacy community will miss Carmen so much...... We would like to mention Darryl, Chris and Bill. They were extremely helpful on our walks-through and possession day. Overall, we recommend Trico Homes to everyone because the staff that works for this company delivers the best customer service and great experience!!! Thank you Trico Team!

Buying a new house is a complicated process. It can take up to two years. However, dealing with Trico's team(s) and associates have made it a pleasant and smooth process. Options and choices can also be overwhelming, but again Trico had excellent professionals in guiding and helping us make sound decisions. Follow up and timely remedial of deficiencies were properly processed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with Trico and would recommend potential buyers to try them out as well.

Trico Homes I would recommend to anyone. This is the first home we have ever built, and the experience has been fantastic! From the Ladies at the sales office Erin and Carmen who continued to give me photos of the construction process, to Daryl on our walk throughs and now with warranty Clayton. has made this experience one to brag about. Trico is doing something right, Customer Service!

We are so happy to have bought our first home through Trico. The service and information we received was amazing. We were delighted and thankful to have Carmen and Erin at the sales office help us with every step of the way, they new exactly what we wanted and gave us some great ideas in picking our design. They made buying our first property a lot less stressful than what we thought it was going to be. We would definitely recommend Trico homes to anyone. We are very happy and impressed with the finished product really feels like home.

From the start of our purchase, Daniel Cryderman, was great. He understood our issues with our first build with another builder and was very understanding and straight forward in deliverying a beautifully finished home in Airdrie. He kept us updated with the time line and any concern we did have he had them dealt with in a very timely manner. From the girls in the design center, who where great, they where very welcoming and explained what our plan covered and walked us through the chioces and option. we were nerver pushed to upgrade but when we did they priced it out and gave us excellent advice. Our warranty reperentive, Darren, is a fun person to deal with, not all busness, talks with you in general interests and gets the problems fixed. Which have only been 2 minor issues that have been completed already been completed. We have no problem recommending Trico to our friends, 2 which are looking at Airdrie and Trico. The fact that Dan understood us and worked with us making it an enjoyable experience one that both of did not expect considering our last build. Thank you Trico and Dan.

Recently we moved to a house custom build from TRICO. I have to say that they were very communicative the entire construction time. I had access to the site and I was able to see the growth of the house. They offer the house for a specific date and they did it. We are extremely happy with our house and how the post purchase communication have happened. Usually builders get your money and then you never hear from them. This is not TRICO. Thank you for providing what we asked for. We are very pleased with our home

I recently purchased a home with Trico and have had a wonderful experience. I purchased back in March 2015 and watched my place being built from the ground up. I was able to move in just before Christmas. The Viridian sales team were amazing and incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend purchasing through Trico.
