I have been in my Trico home for just over a year now and I am absolutely thrilled to report that I love my new home. Trico was a dream to work with and went out of their way, consistently, to make sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the build and the finished product. Any issues that came up over the first year were dealt with promptly and with a smile. The customer service was excellent right from the get go; the sales team, the contractors, the trades people, they were all happy, engaged and good at what they do. I can't give enough praise to the entire team. Trico was not my first choice as a builder if I am to be honest but after having a repeatedly negative experience with my first choice, I happily stumbled into the Trico show home, more to get out of the frigid cold on a December day, and was instantly impressed by the quality and design - it took me all of 30 minutes to make the decision to purchase a home with Trico and I feel that it was a most serendipitous moment and a really terrific decision. Thank you again to the team of folks at Trico that walked me through every stage of my new home build, I love everything about my new home.

This is my first home that I have purchased...So Far so good, I'm happy with where I am and what I've paid. In addition to the home, I'm glad to have Trico build my home. Everything has been great so far, definitely will recommend this builder to other first home buyers.

When I started looking to buy a bigger and affordable townhome with no condo fees I decided looking in a neighborhood that my sister had been living in and started looking at Trico as her and her husband had such a great experience with them. After seeing what they had available I was sold! Deciding to purchase a townhome with Trico was made easier after meeting with the great sales staff Carmen and Erin, in Legacy Calgary show homes. Every step of the way was made easy. I felt supported and very much in loop during the whole building process. Throughout these ladies were open to any questions or concerns that I had. After I moved into my BEAUTIFUL new home I found the same support and professionalism with the building staff. Overall I've had a great experience with Trico Homes and highly recommend them!

I have built several new homes in the past twenty years using different builders on each occasion. The purchases and builds were not always a positive experience. That said, working with Carmen J. and Erin of Trico during the purchase and construction phase of my new townhouse was truly a pleasure. They were helpful, patient and kept me informed throughout the entire construction of my new town home. Even during the possession, working with Calvin was an awesome experience. Following possession, Carmen has made herself available to assist with any concerns. I highly recommend using this Trico team to ensure that your building needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.

My fiancé and I had the BEST experience with Trico in building our first home. While we mostly worked with Carmen, both her and Erin were great. We got lots of bonuses and add one for our house... They were amazing at letting us stop by when we wanted and helped us decide everything we needed! I have to say, without Carmen, we probably wouldn't have gone with Trico and the Livingston Townhouses. They are amazing and we love our new home, but we hadn't been looking for a Townhome. Carmen you really made our first home buying experience an amazing one! Thanks to Carmen and the whole Trico Team!

As a first time home buyer its was hard to choose a builder.friends gave so many advice's. My wife did lot of work and research and we We bought our first house with Trico just over five months ago. there was some issues in the beginning but the service team was so kind and knowledgeable and helpful, they resolve. A Special thanks to Neil, Joanne, Jamie Durand and Nicole walker and guy came for 100 days visit.

My wife and I had a great experience at TRICO Homes. We are first time home buyers. Erin and Carmen was so professional and very patient. Erin and Carmen explains everything very clearly for first-time buyers and talks you through every step of the buying process and they helped us find the house and price we hoped for. If I were to rate Erin and Carmen, I would give them a 10/10.

We knew from the minute that we left the Trico Showhome in Legacy that we wanted to purchase. Carmen and Erin have been absolutely amazing to work with- they have been prompt, thorough, hard working, pleasant, flexible, the list could really go on! We haven't faced a single obstacle that hasn't been dealt with professionally, and immediately- and at that these were few and far between. We are so excited to move into our new home! We are in the process of building a duplex in Legacy from Trico Homes, we've been working with Erin and Carmen, and take possession Dec 22. There have been a few hiccups but nothing major and everyone has worked hard to keep the transaction as smooth as possible. We can't wait until we can move in and enjoy our new home!!

We purchased a Trico home last November, My salesperson was fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable and always available. The team at the design centre was very patient and helpful, they have provided decoration suggestions and I really appreciated there input regarding modern new looks. All the suppliers are under the same roof, this is a great concept- no running around, no wast of time. The house was completed on time and we are very pleased with the quality of the product. Like everything else but a child, nothing is perfect! - however the after sales team was on top of things and all the little imperfections have been dealt with in the first month. I would definitely buy another Trico house and do recommend Trico to my friends. A very satisfied Airdrie customer
