This builder has really redeemed themselves and after today's service. I'm more than estatic and pleased! All our issues in the home have been addressed with quality and top notch service. Trico Homes has worked very hard to ensure we are happy with the final product. I would like to thank you for dedication and exceptional service and we love our home. Job well done!!!!

My first time dealing with Trico Homes and I was extremely content throughout the entire process. I was especially pleased working with Erin Jorgensen and Carmin De Luca. They made a nightmare situation due to a mishap of my mortgage broker and turned it into something wonderful. They saved me the home and a lot of interest. I am forever grateful for all their efforts. I highly recommend Trico Homes and the wonderful staff. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family.

We built our first home with Trico in Cranston. At the time, we were moving from the east coast and we're looking for a builder that would do a custom build with all communication on the phone/online. Trico was the only builder in Cranston/Auburn Bay/Mahonagy that did not tell us to "just get a speck home" or "we don't operate that way". We dealt with Sharon (now in Legacy), her and her team were amazing at keeping communication and going above and beyond at making it a smooth process, especially while we were far away. We received weekly updates and photos of the progress right up until move in which we appreciated so much! During the design process, we came to Calgary and met with Louise who was not supposed to be our designer, but took our project under our wing and made our design dreams come to reality! She kept our budget in mind and showed us many things that would make the space look high end and to our taste but in budget. She was honest about what would be worth spending during the build, and what we could easily upgrade later. We even made changes once we were away and we communicated through email to make our design exactly what we wanted. We are so thankful that we ended up with Louise! Since moving in, we have been having the service techs come in to fix areas and they have all been great! We mainly dealt with Bill and Theresa who were prompt with answering our emails and questions. We had some unforseen issues with different areas of the house, and the service techs were very quick at fixing them and helping us. During our 100, 250 and 1 year walk throughs, Bill was very honest about things that needed fixing, even things we didn't realize weren't perfect, he had them fixed which we appreciated as first time home buyers! We are very happy with our service and quality of our Trico home!

Excellent service and professionalism. The sales staff is wonderful to work with and we are very happy with our new home. We would absolutely recommend Trico Homes. Only a few small things would improve our condo, which include stair access to the parkade, as well as an optional second parking stall nearby. Internally, Trico used quality material for nearly everything. The walls are sound proof and the only sound you can hear is from the neighbour above you. Overall, it is quite apparent that Trico has done their best to make the condo something they can be proud of.

We have been in our home for a almost a year now and it has been great. Trico was timely with all of our inspections throughout the year and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and/or fixed promptly. The service and warranty staff are very friendly and they get back to you very quickly. We are very happy with our home and are glad that we went with Trico! Definitely would recommend them as a home builder for anyone who is looking to build!

I am very pleased with Trico. The whole process from start to finish was enjoyable and worry-free. From salespeople to construction and warranty, all has been pleasant. So far, any concerns have been addressed. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My experience with Trico Homes, Virdian made my first home-buying experience a memorable one. Warren from the Sales Team took the time to explain the necessary documentation to me page and page in the early stages of the purchasing process and handled my concerns with professionalism and warmth. Both Warren and Cindy made a calculated effort to get to know me as a buyer, and every time I walked in I was greeted by first name. At the day of possession the maintenance team was there to fix any repairs (paint and cosmetic) immediately so that I was confident moving in to my brand new space without doubts in my mind. Mitch and Alex were very tactful and prompt in answering any maintenance related questions and made me feel like a priority. I am so happy with my new home! Trico was always extremely communicative regarding timelines, concerns and there to answer any questions I had at any time! Once moved in, there were of course some standard deficiencies that needed attention and Trico immediately started working towards a resolve. I worked closely with Magda and Warren, who were OUTSTANDING in their customer service field. They were always around to ask how things were going and aided the excitement of waiting for my new home to be complete! At possession, Mitch and his team worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I was able to move into my beautiful new apartment straight away. I would highly recommend Trico to anyone who wants to feel like no matter the price of your purchase you remain important.

I recently bought a condo from Trico and I LOVE it! The building is first rate. The kitchen is beautiful and has tons of counter space, the floors are lovely and the appliances are great. Everything went smoothly and I am happily ensconed in my new home. My cat likes it too. :) No complaints!

This is my second home I have built with Trico and it was a great experience once again! We purchased the Gemini 2 model duplex, with the front bonus room. Crystal the sales person did an excellent job and Gary the site supervisor really took pride in the build, responding well to issues as they came up. There were a few minor issues at possession but all were dealt with at a trades day a few weeks after. Overall, I would build again with Trico.
