So disappointed with the " nothing is perfect" company. Our possession date is Feb 26, 2015. But on possession date, no mirrors, dish washer was not hookup, water line to fridge was not hooked up. (still have other deficiencies, but I accept those can a little bit late) The staff 100% promised all these can be completed next day. I believed. But the next day, only dish washer was hook up. We have to contact Trico, then we get another 100% promise, not only the above issues can be solved on Monday (which means 5 days later than possession date), but also the relationship department will contact us due to this issue (per discuss, that shows Trico really care customers). But on Monday, I contacted Trico told them I feel unhappy, because I didn't received any feedback from relationship department, I really don't know if Trico care customers or not. But the answer I got is: "Nothing is ever perfect". I told them I feel really unhappy, and the answer is: What more I like Trico to do? So far, I really don't know how Trico care customers. Under New Alberta home warranty program, my new home should be followed within 1 year. I will follow and record what Trico do. I hope Trico can care their customers, hopefully I can feel happy in the later.
