Driveway
What kind of driveway is that? In just over 2 years it is completely destroyed and you say it is salt? Salt was never used on this driveway and the neighbors' driveway are all perfect. Please do not think only of the company's profit but also care about your customer.

Great experience and beautiful home
I'm a first time home buyer and the experience from start to finish was nothing but positive. They're transparent, friendly, communicative and highly responsive. Orientation was a breeze and they follow through on any fixes. High recommended!

Newly built home
We recently got our first house in Calgary with Trico. It was an amazing experience. Allison from warranty team is extremely responsive and sort all your problems in one go. We had an emergency plumbing issue on weekend and the technician came on site within hours to come inspect.

My experience with Trico Homes is very satisfactory. Their homes look very good and make use of highly quality products. The sales team is awesome and very knowleageable, made the building process pleasurable and the warranty team also responds to concerns quickly. i Would definately recommend / build with Trico homes again.

Cheap and builder .staff is very rude when you sign ppwk.poor customer service .I am totally unhappy and never buy home from these guys and suggest not to buy

First time New home buyer
First time home buyer with Trico was excellent experience! Especially with Erica and David at Showhome Carrington was great! They are knowledgeable, patience and professional. Just one dissappointment on the possession date. - We were so excited to see the completed our first new house but on the possession date the shelve wire rack in the closet were not installed, the frame for microwave was not done, and the glass for shower was not installed. We are still waiting for the frames for the microwave. We had one emergency situation after the possession date, and Trico responded quickly to us and fixed the problems. Thanks to Dean and the warrant team. Overall experience with Trico was great and the construction teams did good job except the stairs in the backyard (less steps and it can be dangerous later on) but Trico is aware of it and hopely it can be fixed soon.

New house
It was a great experience, we loved all the appliances. We had little hard time with getting shower glass for our bathrooms, however I do understand with delay! Ryan the sales manager was amazing and guided us during all this plan. All in all I would surely recommend other people.
