    Front Garage home

    We bought a front garage home from Trico and and very satisfied with the finished result. Its exactly what we were looking for and it couldnt have turned out any better. We are so glad we dealt with a company that provides great customer service, many design options and then an exceptional finished product at the end. We will always recommended Trico homes to everyone looking to purchase a beautiful home.

    Townhouse

    Very pleased with product and minor follow-up was done very quickly and well done, would use Trico again and highly recommend to friends.

    Quality Home with Genuine Respectful Service

    Got an excellent quality home with genuine respectful service. Trico accommodated things that most builders would not and I was dealing with people that really looked after items in the process like it was their home. This was also when market was hot and they could sell to anyone and everyone. To get that type of service at that point in time shows genuineness and character. Because of this I ended up buying two homes one for myself and one for another family member. The second home we get in end of Q1 2023 and we are really looking forward to it!

    No stove, dishwasher, microwave No stairs front and back. No grass as paid for

    Home service was terrible Not the right fridge, no stove,dishwasher,microwave Makeshift worksite stairs in front, none on the side or back Fire issues for sure, as we have to jump out the back door Landscaping was paid for well in advance, last house to receive front scape. Trico has new homes For Sale that had more done than my daughters home. Mismanaged work load at the expense of their customers.

    Best Team Ever

    While we were on the stages of finding a builder 2-3 years ago, Trico wasn't on our list. Other homebuilders' floor plans had too much "upgrades" involved. Though it may look cheaper, there were upgrades that you just have to get. We were amazed with Trico's base floor plans as it looked like it already is upgraded (Ceiling height, Windows, etc. ) and so we went ahead with them. I believe, at that time, it was the best value for the money. Erica L. was our main point of contact during this process. It was our pleasure to be working with her with most of the process. She was patient, smart and understanding with us and we're happy to recommend her and the team whenever possible.

    Trico, the T is for terrible

    The quality and finish of this townhouse is poor. Rushed and lazily completed, from the design of the townhouse until the last nail (that should have been a screw). The toilet in the bathroom was installed between the bathtub and vanity, so off centered that you can not sit on it without leaning toward the tub because the toilet paper holder sticks into your arm or ribs. They refuse to remedy this because the joists will not allow the toilet to be moved. Who designs a house like that. Someone who should not be employed as an architect is who. Now they have installed street lights with incredibly bright bulbs that did not appear on any sales documentation or on their website. The street lights are of course, right outside the bedroom window. Another exceedingly poor decision. Lighted stanchions at waist height would have been appropriate if anything were required at all. When we were fortunate enough to actually have a contractor show up to address a deficiency, they were very open about how Trico poorly scheduled the build and that other contractors were stacked upon one another rushing to get their work done before even more people were scheduled to come do their parts. Saying that the myriad of other deficiencies is disappointing is an understatement. Please avoid using or purchasing anything from this builder. You will be disappointed and without recourse.

    New House at Ambleton, Calgary

    We had a dream to be a new house in Calgary, and we are so glad that Trico was able to fulfil the dream. Few works are not done yet but Trico is working on it to complete quickly. We are enjoying the home that we like. We love the house and we love Trico.
