Our home was a spec home so we had no input on the actual design and upgrades but after possession, we were very satisfied and almost everything except for a few minor touch ups. That is why I recommend trico for new home buyers. We were also very pleased with the sales staff, they are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Trico homes in terms of their new home warranty. Anytime there has been an issue with the home I have received a quick reply from Yasmina and had the issue resolved as soon as she can. They have always tried to be accommodating and respectful towards us. We have had very few warranty issues and anything that has come up has been addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with Trico in terms of the quality of the home, the layout and style of the home, and their high level of customer service. They take pride in what they do and take any negative customer feedback very seriously. As a customer it makes me feel valued and that my needs are their priority.

Our Sales Reps Sam and Jen were the reason we built with Trico. Their level of professionalism and knowledge stood out over the rest. They were both extremely friendly, energetic and always helpful. An amazing team full of confidence in their product and were always striving to please anyone who walked through the show home!

We are very satisfied and happy with our new home by Trico homes. Not only did they build a beautiful home, we have always felt taken care of, like we were part of their family. Everyone that we have come into contact with(except one person). Joanne and Crystal in the sales centre were always available and friendly as we made this big decision to build our first NEW home. Our warranty person, Yasmina and Darren have been a blessing and we have seen how awesome the company they work for can be. We would have a hard time considering building with another company in the future. Great work Wayne! You have a great team of people.

We bought home at Legacy, Calgary. They just finished framing. Excellent sales team of Hal and Sam. They emailed us pictures of major contruction progress and informed us of what to expect next. This was more than we could expect from a sales team as we couldn't go to the site to take pictures because it's winter and we were so busy.

We purchased our home in Hillcrest in December of 2012, took possesion August 28th. We loved that Trico offered a payent plan for the downpayment, we never would have been able to buy a house if it wasnt for that. We had a few issues at the beginning but the team at Trico made sure they were resolved right away. Since possesion everything has been excellent. The warranty team are fantastic and notice things that I never would have noticed. Everything is repaired quickly and correctly. We have heard horror stories from friends with other builders and are so glad our first home and first build experience was a great one! Will always recommend Trico to friends and family. Thanks for giving us a perfect home!

We bought a lovely Trico home late last summer and just went through the 100 day inspection. There were just a couple of minor problems such as a faulty electrical connection in a part of the central vac, a pocket door sticking and a drawer in the kitchen being broken. Everyone at the Trico after-sales department has been extremely professional and helpful, particularly Clayton. Calls are answered quickly and the contractors that show up are polite, efficient, and clean up after themselves. The whole purchase experience was outstanding. Thanks.

It has been a sincere pleasure working with Erin and Carmen while we build our dream home with Trico Homes. What could be an intimidating experience was not thanks to the commitment of these two ladies and their patience with us as first-time homebuyers. Our many questions were always answered in a timely manner and we consistently felt that they had our best interests in mind when making recommendations to us. We always knew that they were there to help us and we couldn't be happier with the process of building our new home thanks to these two dynamic and incredibly talented and enthusiastic ladies. We fell in love with the Fairmont in Hillcrest the first time we looked at it. The only people we really dealt with was the warranty team on our possession day walk thru. Derek Allen and Rino Calvitti were AMAZING!!! They were very professional and knowledgeable about the quality and high standards that Trico Homes is known for. I had an issue, left a msg for Derek and within 2 hours Rino was at my door ready to fix the cabinet door. The customer service was exceptional! We love our new home and will definitely be recommending Trico Homes to anyone building/buying a new home in the future! Thank you for making our home purchase a great experience.

Dan (in Airdrie) was really helpful in answering ALL our questions and explaining all the terms and services. Had a really great experience with him and would recommend him to our friends. Our initial walkthrough with the Trico rep was amazing. He was more picky and caught more issues with the house than we would've had ourselves. Most of the issues were resolved within the week! Never had the issues that other people tell me about their builders! Great home!
