    My family just bought a house from Trico. Trico Homes has made my home buying experience a truly pleasurable one. From the moment my family walked into the Trico Show House to the possession day I was very pleased with Trico's friendliness and professionalism. I would highly recommend Trico to anyone who is looking to buy a new home.

    Fairmont - Riviera

    December 2013, my wife and I bought a spec home in Riviera. From day 1 we've experienced nothing but terrible service. Zero accountability, zero quality control and most annoying of all, nobody has the authority to make a decision. Although we paid for the house to comply with Built Green Gold specifications, and this is supposedly "Cochrane's first Built Green community", our house is still missing the majority of these items. Trico refuses to answer any of our questions about the missing features. Our basement floor is splitting apart, exterior accent beams are non existent and we ended up with a sliding door at the rear of the house instead of French doors. Trico's response....... Zilch. Nada. Nothing. To date, my wife and I have had a terrible experience with Trico, absolutely pathetic display.

    Design Studio

    We have had the pleasure of working with Sarah Butt from the Design Studio over the past 10 months. She has been absolutely incredible to work with and we simply cannot wait to see all of our selections come to life when we take possession of our home in a few short weeks. Sarah was kind, courteous and full of recommendations that always had our best interest in mind. Thank you for making our vision of our dream home come to life, Sarah! -Susan and Michael

    House

    Recently bought a house in the Cranston community, kind of an out of normal situation since the house was almost ready when we bought it (converted into a spec home), so we went in with some level of uncertainty on the actual design and upgrades, etc... The experience couldn't be better handled from Sharon and Carmen (sales reps @ Cranston), always on top of things and making this a stress free experience. We're really happy we bought this house to call home. Definitely a high quality builder.

    Every member of the Trico Homes staff has made our experience fantastic. The sales, quality, service and warranty team members all had a constant theme of great customer service and have gone well beyond what is expected. We purchased a Fairmont show home and are always proud to show off the architecture, design, and quality finishing of the home. Without a doubt, we would recommend Trico to any family as the whole experience has been fantastic. Thank you to the Trico team, especially Erin, Lisa, Shawnee, Bill and Yasmina!!!

    NEW HOME!!!

    We had a great experience dealing with Trico, especially our sales agents. They were extremely helpful and knowledgable and were very prompt in replying to any questions we had. I would refer any friends and family to this builder as customer service and final product satisfaction definitely met our expectations.

    spec home

    We recently purchased a Trico Manorlane collection home called the Preston. We've lived there for less than a month now and I daily can't wait to get home :) Our home is warm, inviting and stress-free! Just like our experience with the awesome ladies at Cranston show homes - Carmen and Sharon. They we honest, caring and beyond accommodating with us. We were in love with our home from the moment we first saw it and now that we own it we are in love even more. Trico has been by far an amazing company to share this joyous occasion and experience with. Highly recommend to ANYONE wanting a quality home with excellent customer service. :)

    Legacy

    Customer service is terrible. They don't show they care about your concerns. They're never attentive to your frustrations. We bought our house in May 2013. It's a 1,680 sq. ft. House, so mot big really. There were various delays on the drafting and building sides. Additionally, they took three months to frame the house when it usually takes 1.5 months. We tried talking to them and made us feel as we were worried about nothing and that they should not be rushing as everything was under good timing. Terrible service and they showed no care for us.

    single family home

    We bought a spec home from Trico in November as the home had everything we had been looking for. Our move was quick, all happening in 2 to 3 weeks. The Trico staff was very helpful in ensuring that our home was ready for us, in particular Sharon and Carmine at the sales office ( Sharon even spent lots of time on her days off to help us ), the construction foreman , Gary, was also very helpful. We are very pleased with our home.
