We relocated to Cochrane to escape the hussle and bussle of city life in Calgary. From the day we purchased the lot to move-in-day we have received top-notch service from all the staff at Trico. Our Sales Manager (Erin) and associates Suzie and Jolene were very helpful, responsive and made us feel special. Alina at the Design Studio was amazing and helped us navigate through all the choices that needed to be made. Peter and Bill have been attentive and have delivered personalized service throughout. We just can't thank everyone enough for making our first new home build a positive experience and look forward to our new life in Cochrane!

I built with Trico in 2012. although I have had some issue with certain trades, on the whole the experience has been a positive one. I will start off by complimenting the sales staff, Corey Baiton, Heather Wood and Jennifer Rinas. These ladies were excellent to deal with. They took pride in what they do and had honesty and integrity through out. They assisted me in many difficult decisions and were more than a pleasure to deal with on a day to day basis. If an issue arose they dealt with it immediately and professionally to the customers satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone! After the build, I got involved with Don Watkins and Yasmina Yodesly with regards to walk through's, touch ups and trades days. These are two amazing people and are welcome in my house anytime. They are pleasant and cheerful, and always wiling to help. I understand they have a very difficult job dealing with customers and trades but they have always done it with pride and professionalism. They have always been there for me and have gone above and beyond on many occasions.

We purchased a TRICO home and moved in 6 weeks ago. Since our first contact with TRICO we can not say enough about how helpful everyone has been to ensure the home was ready, and since moving in, that all the deficiencies have been addressed and corrected in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to refer them or use them again to build our home.

This is the second home I've built and the Tricos experience was far more superior. I will give most of the credit to the Sales Manager (Clint Pilon) as he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one. Also the Building Manager was very helpful as well and the trades people were friendly. What I found most impressive was that the Sales Manager always made himself available and never gave the impression we were bolther some.. Very good additude by ALL. Throughout the building process all deadlines were met. The building manager/sales manager were helpful in the sense of giving very good feed back and suggestions that helped us with decisions when planning the house. Been in the house for 2 months now and I haven't had to chase down any contractors regarding follow ups. They have all made the effort to contact me and request scheduling for follow ups. All in All a very good experience and I will and have recommmended Trico to others. Job well done.

Building with Trico was an absolute pleasure. The staff were so helpful and knowlable - from start to finish. Chalsey you are awesome! Thank you Gary for going the extra mile. Our house was finished on time, something that doesn't happen very often. I would definately recommed Trico Homes to family and friends. My wife and I recently moved to Calgary, AB because of a company transfer. Because it was a relocation, we did not have time to build, but if we had built, we would have built this exact home our realtor found built by Trico. The design of this home is perfect and the quality is outstanding throughout. The Trico staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and very helpful during the pre-possession walk through and on the possession date. The Trico staff eased all our concerns about buying a new home and made the whole experience wonderful. I would recommend to all our friends and family to buy or build with Trico.

While Trico has a great advertising department, sales staff, design studio staff, they do not back that up with their quality of trades, and customer service with fixing warranty work.

Everyone that we dealt with at Trico Homes was amazing! All issues and questions were handled promptly and professionally. It was an absolute pleasure building with Trico Homes and we would definitely recommend our friends and family to do so too.

Working with Trico was a very pleasant experience, from start to finish. Not only were they able to accommodate us with special circumstances (we were in Mexico for a wedding when our walk through was originally scheduled and they re-schedule for us), but they also were very thorough. The sales center gave us no pressure and was able to answer any questions we had. They also have us sound advice in terms of building our home as I was a first time home builder. - the design centre provided a lot of guidance in making design and colour choices for our home. As well, the design centre offered a vast array of high quality products and options, many of which were included in the standard package without requiring an upgrade. - the post-possession service (from the warranty department) has been excellent, including the 100 day visit. Trico has continued to provide excellent service even after we have taken possession of our home, and is quick to address any concerns that we have in a timely manner. - we are very happy with our decision to go with Trico as our builder. As first time home buyers we were very nervous when beginning the building process, but Trico provided excellent service throughout the entire experience and the process turned out to be very smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend Trico to others.

This was our 3rd home build, so we knew exactly what we were looking for when we started 'community hunting'. After falling in love with Mahogany, it didn't take long to settle on Trico as our builder. We found the perfect floor plan with Trico, and Jen and Sam were both friendly and knowledgable. From the time we signed the purchase contract, we were very impressed with the level of communication at every step. Trico took advantage of technology to improve the convenience of needing additional signatures, and no other builder had sent us emails biweekly with progress, and even photos of each stage of progress. Despite having to wait for permits for the build to start, once the permits were received, everything went along at a great pace - the trades were very organized. And when we moved in I was very impressed at how detail-oriented and thorough Bill was. The quality of the home has thus-far been excellent, and I'm sure I will be able to say the same thing after our 1 year anniversary, and beyond. Even though we hope to never have to move again, if we did, I would absolutely build with Trico again.
