We have been in our new Trico Fairmont home for almost a year and we love it! From the first time we stepped in the show homes, we were drawn in by the unique floor plans and open concept! Chalsey and her Sales Team were extremely knowledgable and guided us very well in making our initial choices for floor plan and home exterior. The home interior choices were well guided as well. We were extremely impressed that there was a centre to view all of the interior choices at and interior designers to assist us. Since this process is done over 3 visits, it was more than adequate time, so we did not feel too rushed or pressured. Once we moved in to our home, Trico's first year of service was incomparable. Whenever we had an issue with our new home, Clayton was always over within a day and it would be fixed promptly. We love our new home and would definately build again with Trico!

We recently bought a spec home from Trico in Calgary. Although we didn't have the opportunity to build or design the home, I felt we got treated as well as we would have if we were a client that went through that process. The service team was easy to contact and we always got a reply promptly. Anytime I had a concern about a warranty issue it was resolved quickly and done well. Yasmina has been wonderful in assisting us over the last few months! In terms of quality, it is hard to comment since we bought the house already finished. What I can say is that they did not use cheap brands for appliances or building materials. Trico is also very open about the contractors they used and Yasmina was willing to contact their contractors if we needed work done on the house beyond what warranty covered. Overall we are really happy with the home and would recommend Trico as a builder to others.

I recently bought with Trico and I can say so far the experience in purchasing my wife's and mine first home has been awesome. I needed a home with a possession date of before December 2013 because my wife is due with our first child mid Dec. I also needed one that my wife could view online and fall in love with because she is still out in Ontario and she really couldn't see in person all the great things that show home’s have to offer. So I found out that Trico had some Carriage show homes in Legacy and went there to talk with them. When I got there I was expecting to be greeted like every other place I went with a kind of an, I don`t care about you attitude look around and if you buy you buy and if you don`t you don`t. But the two Trico sales girls were different. Erin and Carmen both as soon as I walked through the door were so positive, nice and made you feel like they didn`t just want to sell you a house, they wanted to make sure you purchased the home that was best for you. It wasn’t just the great quality of a house I knew I would be getting from Trico but also the great customer service. Erin and Carmen have really been on top of every aspect and also going that extra mile for us, from the start of the paper work to sending us pictures of even each floor during the framing stage. I’m so happy I went with Trico in the end because not only do they have respectable, genuine and amazing sales people but they also have a respectable, genuine and amazing product.

Over the past year the Trico service and warranty team, specifically Yasmina and Don, have been amazing. We have had very minor fixes along the way but they always made it right. No cutting corners, fast, efficient and on top of their contractors. They made sure we were happy and satisfied and that our home was perfect. Our home is beautiful and well built. We are very lucky to have decided to go with Trico and so glad we did. Thank you Trico!

We literally purchased our new villa home over the internet as we were in Arizona when the sales office opened. Everyone we have met from Trico have been very accomodating and have gone the extra mile to make sure things get done to our satisfaction. Anna and Cindy have helped with the selection process, Holly was very helpful on orientation and inspection and Victor still continues to make sure we are happy since moving in. Overall, Trico has more than met our expectations on quality and responsiveness. We would definitely recommend Trico to friends.

When we decided it was time to down size and we were looking for a great homebuilder and a neighbourhood that we felt would meet our criteria, Bruce and I were very happy when the opportunity was made available to purchase a home from Trico. The quality and dedication of the trade professionals used by Trico were especially recognized and we felt that no matter what we inquired about or asked, there was nothing that didn't get a answer. Victor was/is an important factor in helping solve any of our problems and was/is someone that we respect and trust. We would highly recommend a home to our family/friends should there ever be a situation to do so.

With being a first time home owners, everything has been a new experience since day 1. When Clayton first stopped by for the three month walk through, he noticed more things than I did that he would like to repair. Very difficult to find someone these days with this type of work ethic, coupled with such professional attitude. Keep up the good work Trico !

We bought our new house from Trico about 6 months ago. The reason was we really liked the service of their sales team and the layouts are very open concept making maximum use of the space. We were very please with pre-construction service with any changes to the layout and such. The experience with the design studio was sour because of the girl we dealt with. When we gave the review to our sales team they were quick to rectify any issues. After move in we've had issues but Trico has been on top of everything to resolve any concerns. The service team is excellent assisting us even on weekends. Overall our experience has been great and we would recommend Trico to everyone.
