Installed a Navian tankless heater about 6 years ago and since then have not been able to find anyone that new about this unit. Saw Knight Ad with a Navian in the picture so phoned them to do repairs. Clint and helper(Scott) came, replaced the internal pump and answered all my questions. Very impressed. Had them come back the following week to install a recirculating line. I went 6 years having to run my taps for 1 to 2 min. to get hot water but now it only takes seconds. Fantastic. They are now my plumber for any future work. It has been 5 months and I am still loving my instant HOT water.

We had a great group of guys come to the house - Kevin, Jason, Leigh and Andrew. Together they installed a water softener, steam humidifier and thermostat. They kept me updated with the progress, showed me how to use the equipment and were easy to get along with - obviously professionals. Enjoying our new equipment already!

Kevin is friendly, has people skills and doesn't mind to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained matters in detail. He swiftly cleaned up after the installment and gave me a tour to help me familiarize with the new furnace. I truly appreciate his conscientiousness.

Jason and helpers were very efficient in installing the plumbing and fixtures in the bathroom, building the shower cabinet, and installing 4 new toilets. They cleaned up everything as they went and were required to come back as we were completing the room at the same time. Very courteous.

When we call Knight Plumbing they are always courteous and friendly. They respond very quickly. The people they send out are friendly, and very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Replace in ductor unit and sensor. Cleaned furnance. Cleaned up another service person mess-put electrical panel back in furnace.

We just wanted to thank Kevin for coming out to fix our furnace on Feb 4th after what was a very long and busy day for him. We woke up to absolutely no heat on a very cold day and Kevin got us up and running and did a furnace clean while here. Knights you have our business every year moving forward.

Our furnace died during cold spell, Knight plumbing came out, gave us a quote and were back out early next morning to replace furnace. Fast friendly and efficient service thanks to Kevin. And he laughed at my jokes- 2 thumbs up!

These guys are always great and came out first thing this morning. A few hours after arriving Willy had it up and running. I really appreciate the hard work and wonderful service we always get from this company.
