We found Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Calgary on-line and called them to come replace 2 old furnaces and 2 old hot water tanks. One of our furnaces had stopped working and they promptly came to give us some portable heaters. They were very accommodating. We would use them again and also recommend them to others who may need plumbing and heating services.

Cost was over the quote and bill did not relate back to quote. Did not have all the parts so job is incomplete. Made us prepay for the missing parts and for next service with no indication of when that might be. Very poor coordination between the scheduler and techician, George. I had to repair the p-trap leak myself because the techician could not be bothered to cut a short temporary hose to prevent a leak and associated corrosion.

We have been dealing with Knights plumbing for many years now and when our furnace failed this week they responded very quickly and I appreciated the time they spent discussing the options we had. Our technician, Jon Locke, was able to install the furnace the next day, he was very thorough and kept us informed on his progress and was more than happy to answer all our questions. I was very impressed with the service and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Kevin and his associate (I forget his name) installed a new furnace. Friendly, professional, appropriately priced. Left a bit of garbage (cigarette butt and scrap metal) on driveway, but nobody's perfect. Otherwise acceptably clean.

I woke up in a freezing house. I called Knight Plumbing and they were able to get someone out very quickly. Karl was very friendly and very helpful. He took the time to explain what the furnace issue was, and walked me through some maintenance items that I didn't know about. He even got my humidifier working while he was there. I'd definitely recommend them.

We are new to this house and we have 3 furnaces so we wanted a thorough inspection of our furnaces and some instruction with the maintenance requirements. Geoff tested everything and we ended up only having to replace a humidifier valve which was broken. We were so impressed with Knight that we signed up for their Preferred Membership.

My experience started with my furnace failing to start up on a Saturday morning, I called Knight to request service, and received a prompt call from their technician on call, and his arrival at my home in less than an hour to service my furnace, get it running again, and offering me the option of completing numerous parts replacement, or opting for installing a new furnace. Their quote was clear and concise, and there were no surprises during the installation work. Their workmanship was of the highest standard, and they completed the entire job of removing the old system and installing the new units, including bringing the system and venting up to current code, completing all the work in 1 day as promised. The technicians were extremely careful and tidy, keeping my carpeted stairs clean by protecting with dropcloths, and they left no debris of any kind remaining anywhere, including the furnace area which was completely spotless and clean, surpassing my expectations. I choose Knight Plumbing and Heating for my home servicing needs.

The technician from Knight Plumbing was a joy to deal with, his name was George and all I can say is he does excellent work.
