We had our furnace replaced. The pre-installation done by Jonathan was excellent which is what made us choose Knight after getting other quotes. Installation of the furnace was very smooth although there was a hiccup with the humidifier. Jonathan and Geoff were both great in dealing with the humidifier issue. Would recommend to others based on price and professionalism.

Our furnace stopped working in January 2017 and I decided to go with Knight Plumbing based on their HomeStars rating. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Geoff came by to investigate. He was on time and very professional. Geoff was able to troubleshoot and repair the problem however, after further inspection he discovered some cracks in the heat exchanger of our 26 year old furnace. It was necessary to deactivate the furnace. Geoff laid out a number of options and we came to the conclusion that a new furnace was our best course of action. He was very helpful in helping us find a unit that met our needs and budget. Kevin and Jon came by for the installation. They were on time and very professional. They had budgeted 2 days for the installation and were able to complete it in one. Their workmanship was top notch and they left the house tidy. They took the time to thoroughly explain the work they did and the operation of the new furnace and thermostat. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Our kitchen drain was plugged and backing up, I tried myself for a while to free it up with no success. Knight Plumbing was recommended to me, I was extremely satisfied with the technician from his work to explanations and concern for our house and his work area. I will definitely be calling Knight Plumbing again when needed!

David came by yesterday to clean the vents. He was friendly and professional. Clearly stated what he was going to do provided a quote then once agreed upon proceeded to work on the vents. Took about an hour and half.

I'm a first time home owner and my furnace stopped working so I was quite worried. Carl was excellent. He greeted me with a smile and a handshake which helped put me at ease. He answered all my questions and figured out the problem with my furnace which was a dirty condensation tank. Very courteous, friendly and professional service. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I received a new furnace, humidifier, and water pressure valve. It all started when my furnace started to fail. I called Knight and a Geoff explained that replacement was a better choice than repair. Jon then came a few days later and replaced the furnace and humidifier as promised. It was then determined I needed a new water pressure valve and Kris was there the next day to replace it. All three gentlemen were very professional and prompt. Also, the office staff were excellent as well.

I had Dan come out to repair our broken toilet and he was very efficient and worked in a timely fashion. He had to run out to get parts and the whole job went very smoothly and came in at a reasonable price. He was personable and tidy.

Knight Plumbing and Heating is the best in its category. They have been our preferred vendor for the past 5 years: we always call Knight to check if they provide a service before we'd call any other vendors. I rate them 5 out of 5, and will continue to use their services in the future.

We called Knight when our furnace went out. Kevin was dispatched and came to our house promptly. He diagnosed the problem, gave some options and completed the work we needed very efficiently. He was friendly and professional. We will be repeat customers. Thanks!

Jay came out today to replace my broken kitchen faucet and was very courteous and professional. Also appreciated the whole home plumbing inspection as part of the cost. Would call on Knight again for service. Thanks Jay.
