i have been calling this company since the owner was a plumber 20 years ago and i am still calling them when i need pluming service. i wouldn't call anybody else. their service is excellent. their technicians know their stuff well. the most i like about this company is when the receptionist answer the call with this expression "how would i make you smile". this makes my day.

Furnace broke down Christmas Eve and Kevin was out here first thing Christmas morning to repair it. He was friendly, professional and we would recommend his services. Sorry you had to spend Christmas morning with us instead of your family, but I'm sure glad we had a warm home.

Three services in total. It was an old mid-efficient furnace that was getting to the end of life. In short, Knight Plumbing replaced some parts, then when issues continued they transferred credit for the new parts towards a new furnace. Would recommend this company and the gentlemen who worked on my furnace. 1. Dec 10, 2016: Willi came out to repair a broken induction motor. He was very professional, explained the issue to me and advised me on solutions. Decided to install a new induction motor as the part was past the average life for an induction motor. He was quick, professional, and tidy in his work. Very satisfied. 2. Dec 20, 2016. Geoff Shank came out to repair the fan blower motor. He was very professional, explained the issue to me and advised me on solutions. The cost for a new induction and fan blower motor was beginning to add up in cost. Geoff provided me an option to give me credit for the new induction motor install on Dec 10 towards a new furnace. The cost of a new induction and fan blower motor would be 50% the cost of a new furnace. The unit was old so I decided to get a new furnace. Geoff performed the quote on the spot and I was very thankful that Knight Plumbing gave me a credit for the past installed just a week earlier. 3. Dec 29, 2016: Kevin and Andrew from the install team came exactly at their appointment time and began installation. They quoted two day install and were finished in one day. Both gentlemen were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Kevin was exceptionally helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very grateful to have our furnace quickly back in working order on a very cold winter evening. Thank you, Kevin!

Furnace was cutting out/not turning on. Called Knight and quickly received a call from Kevin, who arrived within an hour. Within about 15 minutes, he found the part causing the issue and replaced it and the furnace was working properly again. Cheap part and quick and friendly service, and reasonable cost for an emergency call out.

On January 5 I experienced a frozen burst pipe at my residence. It was late in the day and I needed a plumber after hours. Jay Young called me and set up a time a short time later. He called shortly thereafter to let me know he was on the way. Jay fixed the issue and was very informative with providing me information on was was needed and what he was going to do. I have used Knight in the past and because of their prompt and professional service are my "go to" guys! Great service and great people!

Don't even know where to start with Thank you for Karl. He went above and beyond to help me out. I would still be shivering if it wasn't for him. Karl is knowledgable/experienced with the product and as well, he is caring, considerate, kind and respectful. Honestly, as a single woman not knowing a ton about furnaces, I didn't feel intimidated or taken advantage of in terms of the advice I was offered. I trusted Karl's recommendations. Thanks again. In this day n age, good service is a gift. This was a gift.

Called due to furnace cutting out intermittently for past few days. Was able to book for next evening (because I was working in the day). Had Kevin booked and he ended up coming a few hours early which was perfect, had someone meet them at my place, and heat was back on by the time I left work. Inexpensive part, reasonable cost of labor = happy and warm family.

Today, we had an emergency water leaking from the water tank, a constant spray of water coming from the pipeline of the water tank. Called in few plumbing company but Knight was the soonest we could get to have someone come in for the repair. Dan was very prompt, came in to our house and helped us repaired the water tank. He was very nice, explained things well and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service and time, with upfront costs. Would recommend using Knight again and spread out to our friends. Our drain was clogged by an unknown reason and Dan came to our house to fix the problem. He was prompt, thorough and very knowledgable. He also gave recommendations to prevent further similar situations. We we impressed with the quality and time to perform the work. We would recommend using Knight
