George was the repair person. He was excellent in his presentation of his work and assessment of the problem with our furnace. He made sure we understood everything he was doing. Excellent service!

After a few days away I came home to a freezing house with a furnace that was not blowing heat. With -2c outside i could not afford to wait and called Knight Plumbing and heating. Kevin was at my house within a couple of hours and fixed my furnace quickly. He was up front with the cost and there was no hidden charges. He also provided some recommendation on how to maintain the furnace which was great. Overall I had a great experience with Knight Plumbing and will certainly call them again for all my plumbing and heating needs.

The technician came to my home in 2 hours after my call. He explained the problem and fixed it. As well, he gave me his professional advice of potential problems that could come up in the future and what I can do to prevent them.

Dan's response time was excellent, from the time I spoke with him on Boxing Day 2016, he arrived on our doorstep within a hour. He was friendly and explained our water heater problem and had it working in no time. We will be recommending Knight Plumbing Heating & AC to all of our friends and family.

I called 5 companies that day to repair my furnace, and only Knight Plumbing had a real person answering the phone. The others had only answer machines to leave a message. Friendly contractor, timely done, but pricey.

Had a leak in the main floor shower for over a year. Called Knight Plumbing in the evening, and they sent out a technician the next morning. Jay arrived at 8am sharp, with a very professional attitude. Jay took the time to explain everything in detail, then went straight to work. Jay found out that there is no broken pipe, then identified the culprit of the leak to be the seals around the shower. Jay fixed the issue, and gave lots of recommendations. Sure i could have done all this myself, but Jay's professional recommendations puts my worrying mind at ease. Excellent service, from the very pleasant telephone receptionist to the very professional technician who did the repair. We called a number of other Calgary plumbing firms and were given tentative dates 7 to 10 days later. Knight Plumbing were on site within an hour and the technician "Jay" was very precise with both his appraisal and his work. I will recommend Knight Plumbing to all that require their services. Furnace needed to be replaced and they came earlier than inspected and completed the job efficiently and as quickly as possible. Removed all old materials and did a through clean-up. Great service!
